Dentrix Dental Care
Will rate 4 stars for now as I haven’t had any actual work done as of yet, but not only did they get me in as an emergency patient (and in a timely manner) the dental staff seem excellent, the front desk woman were polite/humorous, and the dentist I saw was great at listening to my concerns and then explaining a good game plan for my dental care.Will return for a 5 star rating after my work next week!! So far would recommend as a place to get work done!

Dentrix Dental Care
We were advised to call Dentrix for emergency care for our son as we couldn’t get in to our regular dentist. They got us in within a few hours. The front step were friendly and prompt. We waited only a few minutes and greeted by a lovely dental assistant who was so great with my son. Then the dentist came in was very quick with the procedure and we were out of there. It really was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely go their again!

Visited for sole purpose of TMJ Botox injections. Was informed the consult was free - as is pretty standard. Half hour appt was booked but dentist RUSHED through entire visit and done in 15. Upon leaving, charged a $60 fee for “exam.” The exam must have been the 30 seconds he had his hands on my jaw to see how pronounced the muscles are. And possibly me showing him what kind of guard I used. Then, today, I discovered my insurance went through at $130, not $60. No receipt ever provided, either. Will not return.

Was literally terrified of dentists and had to get some impacted wisdom teeth removed. These guys were pretty good to me during a really tough time. Went back for more work today and still more to go. The confidence from my dentist is comforting and he listens pretty well to his patients.

I had the same dentist for 40 years prior to moving to Calgary last year. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful . The hygienist and dentist explained things thoroughly and were understanding...that helped lessen my anxiety.

I started as a patient at dentrix during peak 2nd wave, and was beyond impressed with their care for patients even during such a difficult time. I absolutely LOVE my hygienist, she’s so beyond lovely and I’ve never felt judged (even with my gross retaining wire). My dentist Dr. Singh is always warm, welcoming, and answers all of the questions I have in a way that’s easy to digest. The team at the front desks deserve recognition too, they are always so sweet and have been a huge help in making the transition from paediatric care to adult care a lot less scary!

Dentrix dental clinic is very accommodating and professional. Britney at the front desk is caring and welcoming. She takes care of all my dental claims. Dr. Singh has been my dentist since 2020 and I strongly recommend him.

The staff are all very friendly and made me feel taken care of. I was able to openly discuss my concerns and was given clear options for care. The dentist Dr.Singh is clearly very knowledgeable and has skillful hands, I didn’t feel any sensation during a lengthy root canal treatment. I was so comfortable in the chair I nearly took a nap. I have had the best experience every time I need to be there for treatment. Really, really grateful to have found the best dentist in town!
