Impeccable service. The staff is professional. I feel very lucky this service even exists. The logistics going into the set up alone is impressive. It's a no headache solution for the families. And for me, that goes a long way. Thank you for taking great care of my father.

I agree with other comments below. I think it is UNETHICAL to charge seniors on fixed income a COVID" management" fee

I am a caregiver for my father who resides in longterm care. First off the Denturist that attended my father seemed competent. My Dad is difficult and took longer than required for completion. I specifically instructed to be present for any procedure and after complaining that work was not completed am told that follow up was done with a PSW present. That was not the arrangement and they demand payment half up front before they even know what they are going to do. The Office manager is rude and will talk over you. I realize there are few options for us trying to look after our loved ones in these situations but I want people to be careful with this company.

The staff at Golden, both on site at my Mom’s residence (dentist, hygienist, technician) and the office, have been amazing, thoughtful and helpful. Great communications as well. Congrats to all and best of the holiday season

The absolutely most unprofessional receptionist ever. Doesn't allow you to speak or discuss the reason for the dental visit which has left the concern unresolved. Would never recommend.
