In store service is excellent. My one star is for their service department. Should be zero stars. The main concern is communication. They literally don’t have the courtesy of making a phone call. Even after booking a service the previous year we were completely ignored. I called, emailed even went to the store, still nothing. I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

Very disappointed with the customer service (well the lack there of). Making promises to have a job done and never following through, promising to come back and fix issues and never returning and let's not mention taking up to a month to return call If they ever do! Ignores all emails.. horrible Stay away!
