Had a little difficulty finding the place as my maps app took me in the wrong direction (I should have accepted the offer for directions when I called). The staff were friendly, professional and reassuring. They were flexible with timing and gave me a quote even when they knew I, being from out of town, would not get the work done at their shop. Apart from getting lost on the way there, it was overall a great experience.

Couldn't follow simple instructions. Gave them a bottle of irontite to run thru my rad, he only used half when directions clearly stated use full bottle. Said it wouldnt take whole bottle??? So drain more out! And he sure took his time, too. So disappointed.

If I could give an extra star I would. These guys are great. Tom helped me when I was in a real bind and saved me over 400$ in towing costs. Went out of his way on days off and kept me up dated on progress. You can really tell he cares and is a genuine guy. Highly recommend them for any car repairs.
