Great place to have yummy gelatos and sorbets in Kingston. Fresh and lovely flavors. Generous portions, tastes yummy, good prices. A good spot to keep visiting each time you are in Kingston downtown. They also have pint sizes to take home.

Poor customer service. The lady yell at me and my service dog the moment we stepped into the store with “is that a service dog???” three times with aggressive attitude and loud voice. What you could’ve done was ask nicely and I could tell you.Then the other customers were all staring at us like we did something wrong and I felt awkward.We did eventually get an ice cream and kind of ran away from the store. But I sure did lose my appetite.Not every medical illness is visible please be kind and understanding.

Fantastic gelato! There is always a line, and I can see why now!Generous portions, and reasonably priced, ESPECIALLY for how great the gelato tastes.Got the raspberry, the thai iced tea, and the salty peanut flavours and I loved them all. Will be back to try the mojito one, and the natural strawberry :)

Wide selection of different flavours! Very busy place, but they move quickly. The Bacio and Lemon Poppyseed Cookie were so creamy and delicious! Average pricing for gelato, and it was worth it! :)

It seemed like a popular choice since the first time we noticed the store, it was literally mobbed by gelato-thirsty people. We came back later when it was a bit calmer but the queue easily extends beyond the storefront leading to the pavement and beyond. It has of course a mind numbing list of gelato and froyo choices. I had amaretto and bacio which was pretty good. However if your plan is to grab a gelato from here and plan to walk to the river front then you might be disappointed. As this gelato melts faster than a snowflake in a desert.

Great Gelato place. Lots of flavors that change with the season. They also let you sample them before trying. The portions are large and price is reasonable. My favorites are the matcha and the passionfruit. Also stop by Churn, their innovation site for new flavors and interesting combinations.

This place always has a line, thats how amazing it is. HUGE selection of flavors available, and very reasonable pricing. For about $7, you can get 2 big scoops of 2 flavors either in a cup or waffle cone.

Wonderful place to get your gelato despite the rain.There’s no indoor seating, only 4 benches outside.Plenty of option to choose from. You even sample them.Service is good, gelato is tasty and staff is friendly. Worth the visit.
