Centre De Médecine Familiale Bruyère

I have been a patient of Bruyere family medicine clinic for ever I love the doctors, and the old administration team. However the new dministration staff need to be compassionate, respectful and helpful. Unfortunately since the new hires have been on board the clinic is not operating like before at all! When calling they put you on hold for 30-45 minutes minimum not once or twice all the time. They don't respect or understand the patient's time and urgency. Anything you ask for the answer will be no. I highly hope managers to look into this matter, before things get out of control and patients care will fall into the cracks.

I have been going here for almost 20 years and truly appreciate the full service centre and the ability to see a doctor almost always whenever I need one.

I've been a patient at this clinic for a few years now. The medical staff is fantastic but the administration has went downhill in the last year or so. They can blame it on Covid as much as they want but I don't buy it. I Never waited on hold for over 20 minutes to book an appointment during the actual Covid pandemic nor waited over 4 weeks to book an phone appointment with my physician for a refill on medication that I need yesterday.It's funny on how a well established clinic with multiple doctors on staff such as the bruyere medical Center cannot outperform the small AppleTree franchise that had no problem to update and refill my prescription in less than 24 hours.

My family doctor is here, and often I get sent to another doctor. I haven't had much problems with getting an appointment, but I've had more problems being taken seriously by the doctors here (I'm 19 years old)

Been a patient here since 2004. Never had an issue. Love the fact that these Resident Drs, are able to get their start in medicine here.

Terrible place, it was a great clinic before, but now it is like nightmare.I can not make a simple appointment because nobody is answering the phone.

I thought I was fortunate to find a GP here, one that was trans friendly" at that. My first few appointments made it clear that they were not as trans friendly as they tout themselves to be as any concerns I expressed about gender dyphoria related to cutting my testosterone dose (by half) were underplayed by my Dr.Then last week they urgently requested I come in as something I had said in my portal message was worrisome. I was given some psychological assessments for anxiety/depression. The doctor (not the one with whom I was rostered as he did not make himself available) came back saying he was very concerned with my results. I openly admitted to needing help

I hate this place, I'm sorry to say that my Doctor moved here a few years ago. The call staff are rude, and lack compassion. The after hours clinic doctors are second rate and incompetent and I will not go to them anymore. I will only see my Doctor, he has an excellent bedside manner and seems to really care about his patients. Unfortunately, I may need to find a new one, due to the violated way I feel whenever I call to see him. I wish he'd move back to his old office.

I had a virtual meeting with Dr Campbell today ,thur July 21…..via zoom…was as good as it could gave been …Thx …A plus

While the doctors seem fairly good the administration could use improvement particularly with regards to handling medical records.
