Mount Sinai Fertility

My Dr was Dr Kimberly Liu on paper only she did not give me any consultation not in person or phone or vertual during the whole process from beginning to the end. which show that she did not care at all.I have a question to the owner! Is it normal to go through the whole process of IVF and dont see meet hear from the doctor only nurses who keep changing the instruction and in the end the result of freezing my eggs is really bad and it seems no bady care. I am a cancer diagnosed patient who IVF is my last hope to have baby in the future if my result was that bad why they did not tell me before the egg retrieval or give me other options.I am disappointment from both the doctor neglecen and the resultMy advice to every one, do find a place where the Doctor follow up with you so you know that you are in good hand and dont accept when they tell you do not worry you will meet your Doctor.

Dr. Miguel Russo’s surgery was great and I didn't have any side effects after the surgery, No pain, no vomiting, no discomfort at all, like no surgery. Many thanks to such excellent two doctors.Thanks to all the medical staff during the operation, they were very nice and warm.

I had nothing but very positive experience at MSF! I had my successful fresh transfer in 2018 and another successful frozen transfer in 2022.I have been a patient of Dr. Shapiro. She is one of the most knowledgeable people in the world of fertility. Seems little tough but I love her. Her protocols work!I love the nursing staff at MSF! (may be minus the front desk ones) but I have had pleasure to ask questions and be treated by all the nurses, who are very polite, respectful and knowledgeable.Thank you, all, Thank you, MSF!

I have been coming to mt. Sinai fertility downtown for over 2 yrs and I can not say anything but good words for the staff, nurses and doctors. They are so competent, professional, kind and proficient. Always making sure patient privacy and comfort and double triple checking their identity to leave no room for errors. I had my 1st baby with their help and now planning 2nd baby. Bedside manner of ultrasound staff are great. I only remember Lousia she is such a kind, professional and wonderful person from ultrasound but other staff also do same. Dr. Shapiro, highly recommend. She knows her clients and treat them well, give time to ask questions. Her secreteries are always on top and respond quickly to any questions, appointments and needs.I have been to many clinics but no one can meet n beat the standard of Mt.Sinai.

I don't know about people complaining here but I've had such a great experience at MSF. Their customer service is flawless. Each time I email or call the nurses they call back and respond immediately, same day. They are all very friendly and professional. I've had a successful pregnancy here all thanks to them. Don't let the negative reviews deter you from this fertility clinic. There is no other like them honestly. I've even given birth at the MS hospital, which, by the way, is very sought after! My experience at the hospital was amazing. Nurses were top notch. I know many people who wished they gave birth there and you can barely find a doctor available to take patients because of how many people seek them.

Looking back in retrospect I would never of used this place to store specimen. I was just trying to find out how to pay for my storage. I never received any emails but they were insistent that they had sent it and that it was something I wasn’t doing. Checked again with the email they said they sent it from and nothing. I asked for them to send it again and lo and behold It finally came through. For something as serious as someones ability to have children you’d expect more tact and professionalism.

Dealing with mount Sinai has been an absolute nightmare. Nobody ever returns your calls, they don't follow up on any of your procedures and overall bad patient care.

I have never had but a wonderful experience at this place, nurses, doctors, receptionist and lab tech that take your blood (so gentle) everybody has there opinion and it sucks if you had a bad experience but mine was nothing but positive.

Dr. Bacal is very professional, knowledgeable and very caring about her patients. Today I had a surgery with Dr. Bacal. She is amazing. She explained me all the process even she had done before on the phone. No pain at all and everything went well.
