Bought a used boat from these guys 6 years ago. Know what's better than a great boat - great service. I grew up in the Midwest but live near the politicians in Washington DC... believe me when I say I know the difference. They do great maintenance, quick repairs, special orders, electronics, conversion to 36V, a great fab shop and superb detailing. I will buy my next boat from these guys.

Ordered my 2022 Lund Impact XS last fall and it was ready for the opener. Jay at Alex Marine did an excellent job navigating all the things you need when ordering so that you won’t have buyer's remorse. It’s all about the details and Jay answered all my questions and provided solid information. This spring I picked up the boat and have to say, their team installed all the electronics clean and neat including the aftermarket Drotto latch and Eazy Steps.Overall I had an excellent experience ordering through Alex Marine. They take good care of their customers and I would highly recommend ordering your new Lund through them.

I had a snowplow installed on my truck and there were a lot of issues. I paid top dollar price for install and I got backyard mechanic quality work. I called and complained and he wanted me to drive 100 mi to have his guys touch my truck again. You didn't do it right the first time why would I want you to touch my truck again and waste my time. I don't know how they do on boats and that side of things but I definitely wouldn't let them touch your vehicle. I made a payment for the plow and then I made a payment for install and if my payment for install hadn't gone through already I would have canceled it. And paid him what it was actually worth.

Bought my new Beach King lift 5/k vertical lift and had no problems with it throughout the year. Bryan is the salesman who helped me pick out all the features and I really like it over my previous Hewitt vertical lift. I’ve been using this business for at least 12 years now for servicing my two different boats I’ve own and I’ve had no issues with them whatsoever over the many years. Highly recommend them.

I'm so disappointed with Alex Auto & Marine LLC. We brought our boat in to them in mid May because we wanted it running when our company arrived from NY on the 4th of July. We know how busy boat repair can be in the summer, so we explicitly brought it in early and stated we needed it by the 4th. After calling to check on it a number of times, we finally got it back on June 26. We paid about $800 for a new carburetor. When we removed the boat cover to put it in the water for the first time on the 4th, the boat was completely dirty, and it wouldn't start. Needless to say, we didn't get to boat on the 4th, and it went back to the shop on the 5th. As I type this, it's still not done. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but the service has been so poor I feel people should know. Update: 7/11 We paid an additional $600 to fix our boat that should have been fixed properly the first time around. The manager called my husband and daughter into his office to blame them for the issue he should have fixed. I'm shocked at the service we received here. I've only had one other issue with our boat in the past, and that time I took it to Miller Marine in St. Cloud because the local shops were full. The service there was amazing by comparison. Worth the drive. I will never use Alex Auto & Marine again.

We purchased a new pontoon in June 2021 from Jay at Alex Auto & Marine (as well as a new Dock in 2018 and Lift in 2020). Jay and the entire team worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted in our new pontoon and went above and beyond to help get it to us from the manufacturer as soon as possible. They are quick to respond to any question or issue. We appreciate all of their support and will continue to work with them in the future!

I’ve bought two boats here and I’m about to buy my third. I live in the cities but won’t hesitate to make the trip anytime I need something from them. Todd and his team always help me out.
