Great company to work for. Supervisors are very involved in the day to day production. Great management.As for the cleanliness off the shop, it’s very dusty, and they don’t have a very good ventilation system. It doesn’t have great lighting in the shop either. But all in all it is a good shop to work for.

Place went to hell with the new management a few years back. No self respecting welder will stay here. Wages are capped too, so you will never make a great living here.

Running downhand welds on structural components....this shop should lose there cwb cerification before someone gets killed.
