Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had also confirmed a reservation for an Intermediate, we got an Economy, for 4 adults and baggage. The employee on site is very unfriendly, does not let you speak on the phone and just hangs up. We were not informed that we have to return the car at the same place. We live 700km away and we just think it's cheeky. We've rented from Enterprise before, but stations like this put us off booking again.

Not really impressed ... they weren't there to pick me up at the garage like they were supposed to, they didn't have a car ready for me and they made me late for work. They didn't show me any controls on the vehicle or asked if I needed anything.

Good service. They will even pick you up. They go beyond the norms. Prices could be better for repeat clientele.

Drove across the country and was having difficulties with our rental car. After calling over 15 locations customer service sent us to Woodstock. They didn't have any vehicles for us but the manager Andrea went above and beyond by calling around and finding a vehicle closer to us. She was extremely helpful and understanding.

Great customer service, very friendly staff.But I have tried rented from you twice now. I reserved a minivan the first time and a cargo van the second. Each reservation went through, and was told online that they have each time the vehicle I wanted at this location. So there should have been no problems.About three-four days after I reserved, I get a call saying they don't have the vehicles and can't get them. I specifically needed thoughts types or vehicles , not a SUV as they tried to offer in replacement. I have an SUV I don't need to rent one.Either it's something to do with your online reservations, but something needs to be done. Don't say you have a vehicle at a location and then don't.I thought twice now that I had a planned vehicle and TWICE I had to scramble and search for something else at the last minute.I will never attempt to give you my business again.
