My favorite Spicy Gamjatang in town. The soup is creamy and the meat is tender. This place is a great value for warm food in the cold weather.

This is my first time giving a negative review on Google. I ordered two spicy cabbage broth, which only had two very finely chopped pork slices, no pork spine in it, and the rice was completely undercooked. It's just outrageous!

I went here many times and the kimchi pancake really delicious. I also ordered the new dish called Mini army base stew, I never seen this in winnipeg. And their service is great and the robots so cool

Had lunch.I was told they were the original owners of kim. Baek which is one of my favorites in the city.The food is solid. I would return. We got what we believe was the gamjatang. they're naming scheme was a little different here so it was more difficult to figure out what we normally order.We also got the seafood pancake.Whenever I go to a Korean place the soup come out boiling hot. I mean literally boiling. The soup in this case did not which was a little disappointing. The sides were good that came with the gamjatang.Parking is in a large lot that is shared with various businesses.

Excellent staff and good food. Had the stirfry beef, will be back to try the two pork belly dishes! Spicy pork belly then the korean bbq pork belly. Will update next time i visit. Update: Just had the Korean bbq pork belly (spicy version) it was stellar, still 5 stars! People are way too critical nowadays. My food was served hot, it was fresh, and tasted real good. And from a health standpoint the place looked clean, and didn't smell bad. When cleaning isn't stringent, you can smell it. Again, this place is 5/5 for me. Nov. 22/2022 6/5!❤️❤️

Gamjatang is tasty but the other two dishes are weird specially the Japchae it looks really all vegetables and no glass noodles the weird part is it’s really watery. If your looking for a soup you can go there but anything else not recommended.

Food is excellent, not sure why all the low reviews. Reasonably authentic(Asian people are eating here) , tastier than expected. The guy was working solo for lunch so a bit slow but not unreasonably so. Took about 10-15 min for food to come out of the kitchen. Overall very good and reasonably priced.
