Turning Stone Car Care
Inspection and oil change.. Tpms kicked on. Get the car home all my tires were inflated to 80psi.. Could have been very bad if my tires all blew out. Super careless work. Wont be going back. Factory specs 32 psi in front 33 psi in rear.I have had better experiences with them in past. But.. This one was pretty bad. So that being said this is why they get a 2stars instead of 1.

I had a flat coming down Thruway near exit 33, so I called them and they said they'd squeeze me in. I got it there, they had it fixed and back on road in less than 20 minutes. Friendly, fast. Great experience. Customer service is outstanding. Very appreciated to these people. Haven't had service this good in years. Keep up the good work!

I’m traveling and stayed at the Hampton Inn right beside this business. My tires sensors told me that my tires were over inflated, and I was very concerned. I just walked in and explained my concern. One of the managers told me to pull right up and they wells take care of it immediately. The service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say enough positive about this business. They put my mind at ease on this trip. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!

Barely half of the car was cleaned certain areas not even touched. Payed 150.00 to be told your pretty much buying time which should have been said before I brought it in and was told everything would be done for 150.00. Now I have a quarter of a car cleaned and if I wanted to pay for more time than I could do that. If there were 0 stars I would give that!

Turning Stone Car care was wonderful, I experienced car issues on the thruway, not only did they get me in right away just before close, they discovered a problem due to negligence from another auto repair place. The staff was friendly and helpful, genuinely caring for my safety and everyone went above and beyond.

The service time went by quickly in the comfortable waiting area. The. Staff and store manager were pleasant with brief visits as I was waiting for service and my car was washed nicely before I left today. Thank you for the nice satisfying services.

Our Curt wireless brake for our airstream was not working when we pulled out of SturningStone RV. The manufacturer told us what to do but we decided to stop here and see if they can assist. The service person was AMAZING! He came out to the RV and helped us manage the directions with all the kindness we needed. We are back on the road with all working safely due to his assistance. I highly recommend utilizing their services if you need any help while in the area. 5 stars service all the way!

Convenient location. Able to.drip.vehicle off and have services performed while at work. Auto technician(s) and reception staff were all respectful and courteous. Vehicle was clean when I received it after work performed. No excess oil/grease grime left behind. Reasonable prices.
