Sunglass Hut

Great shopping experience at the Sunglass Hut in Richmond. They provided great customer service and were very patient as I had asked for a lot of micro adjustments to the temples until the sun glasses fit perfectly.Happy with my Maui Jim's.

So I buy a lot of sunglasses for work and I went to this location one time and now everytime I get a discount on a pair they go into my account and use my discount for other people shopping at the location without my consent and use my account

Your store representatives at this location were very informative they provided me with a direction on which sunglasses to purchase being it with UV protection and polarized protection. They listened to my concerns and interests and were very helpful.

I liked it and Salesperson Naomi was very friendly and helped me from starting to end.

Guess the service was nice but don't even go in there if you're not willing to spend more than $250 +tax. I was basically laughed at and suggested I try the store at the bay. I ended up coming home and ordering a pair online and having them delivered to the Mcarthur Glen location and staying well within my budget.

Gurjot is a superstar and a great manager! I walked into the store on Saturday April 9th just for fun and I could tell he was busy with like 6 other customers but he still made me feel welcome right away. He told me that he was short staffed and that he’d be with me in a few minutes. What I saw was a manager, giving exceptional customer service to every single person in the store; asking customers if they want to order new pairs and answering all questions while still keeping everything running smoothly. He helped me build a tray of glasses that I possibly would like and out of those 8 glasses, I was a fan of 3… I went in with no intention of buying anything and left the store with those 3 pairs. 10/10 would recommend buying glasses off of him!

Their adjustment service is not professional at all. I brought in a pair of sunglasses for a nose pad adjustment, but the finish was asymmetric. I showed the staff another sunglasses so he can refer to, but he didn’t even have a look. I ended up fixing it myself by hand.I thought that the problem is this location specific, so I visited another location. But the staff told me that he doesn’t want to make adjustments because it’s already widened.I feel that they don’t even train their employees to do proper adjustments. I will never purchase anything from their business.

Gurjot super person, knowledgable on all the glasses and has patience and very friendly customer service! Even the few other locations the staff are super nice and friendly. Love dealing with nice , respectful sales people.

Gary did a great job of making me feel safe shopping for sunglasses during COVID. He and his associate gave me lots of space so I could lower my mask occasionally while looking at myself in the mirror. I didn't know what my style was, so they let me try on LOTS of pairs to help me narrow down my preferences, and they didn't let me feel guilty about it either. Yes, it took a while, but I eventually found the right pair of sunglasses. I also liked getting an emailed receipt instead of paper as it's easier to file that away and find it later. Thanks again Gary for the great work!

I have always found the folks at sunglasses hut to be friendly and helpful, but the guy at the Richmond location was A+. I came in looking for a specific pair of Oakley’s and he turned the store upside down to find them for me. He then gave me even a better deal than the web price and added a nice case. Definitely recommend this location and salesperson.
