The food was very tasty. The Beet Ginger soup started off with just enough ginger. Beautiful. Also the Cod Cheek tacos also had a bit of a bite. And since I never had cod cheeks before, I had to check. Sure enough, they are from the cheeks of a cod. Impressive and friendly service to cap it off

Get the Ahi Tuna Poke!!! Great starter. Winter Kale salad is delicious, and the Chicken Curry is very good. Great tasting vegan options too. Owners are attentive and friendly, chef is fantastic with his cooking and presentation. Nice relaxed contemporary atmosphere inside. What a find!

Jerk chicken was really good, as was the salsa and the coconut rice - the roti was not good like cardboard. The Moscow Mule was good and service was good

I have eaten here 3 times. Each time I was served appetizer sized food with main entree pricing. When I ate in, my meal was cold. I hate to say this but…Classico Alfredo sauce has more flavour then their linguine Alfredo. When I ordered take out the rib steak was served to me Gray, with multiple variations of cooking consistencies. The steak was well done, but also rare, and also medium. Lastly, the salmon ….it was burnt and smelled extremely fishy. I heard this restaurant USED to be amazing. Can we bring that back because I see the potential - and respectfully, I work hard for my money I dislike feeling like I wasted it on a disappointing meal. I really don’t know what’s going on however, I hope they figure out how to make their food with love again.

We went to this restaurant because we picked it out of a list of restaurants. It was so delicious, I couldn't belive it...it's been a very long time since I've experienced this from a restaurant. The Butter Chicken, Chicken Alfredo and Fish and Chips was outstanding. The chef and staff is second to none...very very well done guys❤

If I could rate this -5 stars, I would. While the food appears to be delicious it is absolutely disgusting. I will never ever come back here. The price is not at all cheap, honestly you would be better off going to McDonald's rather than this poor excuse of a restaurant. The service was rather good and the atmosphere gives you the false pretense that the food will be exceptional, however that is about it. I ordered the southern chicken and waffles with a side salad. First of all when you think of southern chicken and waffles you do not expect a sandwich, which is horribly bland, you can not tell the taste of the chicken from the waffles and the lettuce, the mayo" tasted like butter

We'd just come from a few days in St John's and found the food and service at the Juniper keeps up with the fanciest restaurants in the harbour. The local beers around GFW are also some of the best I tasted on the island.Truly excellent service, imaginative food with traditional favourites as well. A great stop if you're in GFW.

My husbands meal was great but mine was absolutely the worst chowder ever. I order fish and chowder all the time, I just love it. I was looking forward to my seafood experience in NL and this was our first night, not a great start. This was so disappointing, I could not eat it. Service was great and our waitress was very friendly. I did hear comments from the table beside us commenting on how good their food was, so I would say to try this Bistro just not the chowder. Had to pay for the full bowl of chowder I couldn't eat!

The food was incredible. I had the butter chicken and was just about perfect. The prices are higher, especially for something like a steak. I will be going back.
