New Furnace, AC and Humidifier. Very nice workmanship and thoughtfulness to installation. Professional quotations and invoicing. Responsive communication. Nice to deal with the Owner Operator for both sales and installation. Good team of employees. If you use them in the winter, they are partial to Laura Secord Mint flavoured Hot Chocolate, motivates them to keep going in the cold weather :)

Our A/C had given up the ghost and we were happy to meet Alex at the Brantford home show. He and his team were professional, courteous, knowledgeable. My old furnace broke-down over the weekend; called Alex Sunday morning to see how quickly he can install a new unit, and he was able to quote me over the phone, and send his crew next day 8:00AM. The crew arrived on-time and got straight to work, finished by 2:00PM with a nice warm house! The Lennox Elite is great. Very quiet (even at full capacity), and reasonably priced compared to Carrier. Better warranty too. Alex and his crew were professional and took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend if you're in the market for new HVAC systems.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Alex at Riverside Heating & Air Conditioning 4 years ago in August/2019. My air conditioner had broken down. My house had reached a balmy 92 degrees. Alex came and gave me a price immediately. I had several quotes prior to his. My system was 20 years old, so I decided to replace the furnace as well. He not only had the best price but installed my air conditioner and furnace within days. He even offered to come back to our home and bring us a fan to help cool the house down until he could get the new AC unit installed. Several months later, we had him replace our Venmar system too. We use Riverside Heating for our yearly maintenance on our gas fireplaces as well as spring/fall check-ups of our furnace and air conditioner. Riverside was fantastic. They were extremally professional courteous and ensured everything was cleaner than when they arrived. Everything was installed in a timely and professional manner. I could not recommend them enough.

Called to get a gas line installed for a new gas dryer. Owner wanted to charge $825 + tax for 25ft gas line through open basement ceiling... I even offered to run the flex line myself but he didn't budge on the price. Found another company that were out in two days and did it for $469 (including tax)... Glad that there's still some HVAC techs out there that aren't trying to take advantage of people.

I had my instant hot water heater break down in my home. The technician Alex was very prompt with service to get the job done. Great communication from start to finish. Would definitely use again/ recommend in the future!

Riverside got my furnace up and running in a store I was opening in Paris. Alex did the work and performed a full test and initial startup on the heating and AC system. He corrected some errors from the original install that was performed by another contractor and got it running perfectly. He also moved the thermostat to a different wall for me.The communication, professionalism, and overall reliability was great. I felt like I was in capable hands the whole time.
