Pure Restoration Inc

As President of our condo board, we've used Pure several times; but this was the first time I've had to use them for a project in my unit. The entire team, led by project manager Brandon Belfry, performed exceptionally. They were always on time, did a great job, cleaned up after each visit, kept me apprised of what was happening and when and more importantly, finished the project on time. Thanks to everyone for a great experience. It's good to know that when we, as a Board decide to use a restoration company, that the people are being taken care of in such a great manner.

The work was done but they did not clean up after themselves. They left a bunch of clothes and plastic in the bathtub and when I emailed them to ask if they are coming back to clean up they did not respond and after two weeks of the shower/ bathtub being unusable then I did the clean up and disclose of the pile in the bathtub myself. They also used the electric in my apartment to dry off the water leakage instead of using the buildings electricity. I had to leave the dryer on for the whole weekend costing us out of pocket.They also left the lockbox on the door for weeks which was annoying and after several contact they finally came to remove it. What an inconvenience and such a hassle.Not a professional way to do business.

James was excellent with his initial assessment and was informative about the work that needed to be done.Water damage had rotted a significant portion of my Master bedroom. Asbestos was found and had to be dealt with.The restoration crew of Rory, John and Saxon went above and beyond with the reconstruction, drywall and painting.I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and the professionalism of all involved.

Pure restoration repaired my basement and did an amazing job. I appreciate the patience and kindness they showed for all my questions. They are extremely professional, clean and true top their word. Colin and Kelly were my contacts and I am very grateful that they communicated with me every step of the way and helped me with anything I needed.

I highly recommend this company for restoration work. Not only did they do a great job on completing the work, but the overall experience was exceptional. My father's condo had mold and he needed to be out of the condo for the work to be completed. My father also has dementia and I was extremely worried about removing him from his home. The team at Pure Restoration went above and beyond to ensure the project would be completed quickly so he could be back at home where he is comfortable. I was so impressed with their communication and the level of compassion they had. Highly Recommend this company 100%!!!!!!!

Pure restoration is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, they failed in every aspect of the job of restoring my laundry room, from communication, to scheduling to hiring/employing rude employees. I have a 150sq/ft laundry room and it is going on 3 1/3 months and they are still not complete. Their muffler/painter did not tarp off his work area and got drywall dust all over my condo, they did not send in a cleaning crew to clean up the dust resulting in my tenant having to clean for 15+ hours as dust was on all of her belongings/shelves/kitchen. They keep pushing work off and saying this or that can’t be done, even after THEY set the schedule. I could write a lot more but just talking about it is making me angry. In the short of it, avoid dealing with this company at all costs and try to find a more professional company to deal with.

Pure Restoration came out to address a sewage backup in our basement, which happened late on a Saturday. They dispatched an emergency crew within hours of the initial incident and came prepared with great people and equipment to clean up as well as a plumber to determine cause and relieve the backup. Over the next few days they readily addressed and removed all affected areas, disinfected all areas, and packed our contents to a safe location with great care. The communication with the office was fantastic, and the crews were hard working and friendly. Would highly recommend this company to take care of your emergency situation.
