Five star service. Tori and Hafid were awesome to deal with. Our brand new Toyota Highlander was stolen and we decided we didn’t want to take the chance of replacing it with another one so we went for an Atlas VW and we couldn’t be happier! It’s bigger and way more beautiful than the Highlander. Plus Toyota has wait times of 8 to 12 months and Tori was able to get us into our brand new Atlas, in the colour we wanted, in less than two weeks! Tori and Hafid were very easy to deal with and made the whole process of buying a new car as smooth as it could have been! Highly recommend you go here for your next car!

What a GREAT experience!! Its not often that you have the opportunity to say that these days about shopping for a vehicle. BUT, this dealership and the staff who man the showroom were exceptional. If you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable salesperson you should stop in to see Dane Madsen. The level of service he offered was the best that I have encountered in any service industry for many, many years.I was equally impressed with the back end (finance department) where we had the pleasure of meeting with Hafid (Mohamed Hafid) who offered us an extraordinary array of value added protection programs / plans that would protect our new car investment. His patience and willingness to explain all the options was outstanding. SIMPLY PUT, if you're looking for a new or used vehicle you gotta stop in and discuss your specific needs with these folks. You won't be disappointed!!

What a GREAT experience purchasing my new car from start to finish! I had been searching for months for the perfect vehicle and went to several different dealerships. By far, I had the BEST Customer Service at Myers Volkswagen Kanata. Thanks to Nicole Power. She made me feel welcome and did not come across as pushy whatsoever. She went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for and went out of her way to help me keep it within my budget. She was always friendly and replied to my numerous texts promptly. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up correctly for me as far as connecting the Bluetooth, car-net, etc. This dealership met all my expectations. We ran into a complex issue with our aging VW Touareg and Myers, as always, saved the day. Ryan is an exceptional and committed mechanic, who clearly loves his work, and he chased down the problem until he had it resolved. Kathryn and the service team are great people, friendly and professional, and always prepared to make the best experience possible, especially when they are aware of additional pressures the customer may be experiencing. Amazing service! Tori was so easy going, professional, understanding and really great to work with. I had booked a test drive online, and Tori reached out to assist - no pressure. Loving my 2023 Tiguan, and in it months sooner than I had anticipated. Robyn in Finance was so helpful too. I had to stop in a week later, and Nicole was able to assist with a few questions I had - even though she wasn’t my salesperson, she was there to help. From walking in and being greeted warmly, to the congratulations when I drove out in my new SUV, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Tori and the team to those looking for a new vehicle.

Started financing a vehicle in January. Sales team was fantastic. Service department could use some work.Called to schedule and appointment for an oil change a few months ago and the woman I spoke to was rude, short, and hung up on me after providing information, called back and was helped instantly by another rep.I had my summer tires installed in April and specifically asked if an alignment would be done, a standard procedure for any mechanic anywhere when you change tires/wheels. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told there is no record of an alignment ever being done on my vehicle and that it's an extra charge because it's AWD... BS. I have owned AWD vehicles in the past and alignment was always includedI also drive for Uber, and frequently pick up riders from dealerships, with the rideshare being ordered and paid for by the dealership. I know because I receive an automated message to call the rider upon arrival because it is being paid for by a business or group. Myers VW is the only dealership that doesn't do this.Edit: Kevin is awesome. He is honest and tells me things. Service team finished a 3 hour job in 30 minutes.

Recently leased a new Atlas. The service provided byMarkus Beyritz and the team at Myers was exceptional. No waiting, no nonsense, just efficient delivery of the vehicle that I wanted. Thank you Markus!

We bought our Atlas this month and were very pleased throughout the entire process! Serwan in sales showed us the perfect vehicle at a very reasonable price for my family. Robyn in finance got us a decent interest rate- despite the current bank rates being on the rise. Robyn also helped us with a VW extended warranty that can't be beat. I highly recommend both the Atlas and Myers VW!
