Used to be our favourite spot. Service has gone downhill. Expect to wait about 30 minutes without a server coming to your table (not even during peak time or when there’s a high volume of customers). Started chatting with the table next to us who had empty drinks and were the only other people seated on the patio with us and after a brief conversation of how long they’ve waited. We walked out. From Previous experience food quality has also gone downhill.

Food wasn't hot/fresh but it was warm/cold. Waitress at bar seemed annoyed I was there and was focused on her boys in the corner.Never asked how I liked the food and doesn't hold up to the Boston pizza experience.

Came here for my birthday this evening. Chloe was our server and she was amazing- got the whole staff to come and sing for me. The manager laurel was also so helpful, checked on us Lots and made sure my birthday was enjoyable. Will come back for other birthdays!!

Excellent service, great atmosphere, the staff made sure my experience was great, and the food was amazing! Had the privilege of having Sam as a bartender, what a bubbly and hilarious personality! And of course, cannot forget the Manager Laurel, who ensured an optimal dining experience for myself and all the other customers! 10/10

Always have such an amazing experience! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and quick to remember who I am when I come in! Chloe was my latest server and she out did her self. 10/10 recommend asking for Chloe next time you go out!

Of all the BP locations that I've been to, this one is probably the best. The food was nicely prepared and tasted good. More to my satisfaction was the service. Our server Cloe was anticipatory and thoughtful. Without prompting, she brought our children's drinks with spill proof lids. After which, she guided us in our selection of beverages, using her customers feedback to make recommendations. When one of our dinner items was prepared ahead of the others by mistake, she came over and asked us if we'd like it right away or with the rest of the meal. Many servers would leave it under the heat lamp. Many thanks Cloe, great service. Cheers

Had my usual honey garlic boneless bites and tried sweet potato fries for something different. They were ok but I probably wouldn't get them again. Steak was cooked right, we usually eat at chuck's for the steak but it's been really bad where we go. 9/10 on the steak here it was done right. Girlfriend tried the salted caramel martini, 6/10 said it was almost straight vodka. Tried some hot mustard boneless bites 4/10 not mustard at all more like straight black pepper. Service was great as usual. We were going to a lot of different places but now Boston Pizza seems to be our go to spot, it just doesn't disappoint like all the other places that seem to be falling apart.

We were seated and promptly ignored. After 20 minutes, a waitress, who was working in another section, came over and apologized. She took our orders and did her best to smooth over a bad situation.

Leaving a five star review solely because of our server, Keenan. She provided the best service I have ever received at any establishment, and made the guest experience amazing for myself and my family. She was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable about the menu. Will be coming back to this location to visit Keenan again soon!
