I am very pleased with the work that Kyle and his detail team did with my car!! great communication on how long they will be and when it's ready for pick-up on time! Service was amazing leaving my car feeling, smelling, and looking brand new!

Had my car towed here from accident. Besides the parts delay (out of control of everyone) they did a fantastic job. Once the car was in the shop they send updates on a regular basis which eased my mind a lot. Gabbi was helpful and went out of her way to help me out on pick up with questions I had. Jake came out a personal introduced himself to me which was extremely appreciated. Overall I would absolutely recommend them.

I was in a collision not at fault, my insurance company sent my Honda Civic to Whitby collision and glass (OWASCO). The passenger tires and rims both were warped, the under carriage needed to be checked for damages, and scratches around the passenger side to be painted. It took them 2 months. At one month in the shop they left the car in the lot with needing to be painted so rust was built, the new rims got put on with original flat tires and was called to pick up the car completely fixed. The mechanic said it was an error even though they had the paperwork for us to sign. He said the tires were not made anymore even though I bought them brand new for this winter. Then they called the next week saying the car was ready again… the car still was scratched up and dented. The following week they call it’s completely done but when off on the drive test I heard brakes were scratching on something (not mechanically inclined) and they only balanced the passenger tires and no alignment so the steering wheel was turned to the right when tires were straight. So I took it back and turns out he sends it to the Audi to get it repaired and called back the end of the week saying it’s repaired. I finally got my car with still painting needed to be done. In total they called us 4 times with the car not fixed after two month I would never recommend them to anyone and advise to go to another mechanic shop. They were polite and ultimately fixed the car so I gave the 2 stars generously.

I was in earlier and received excellent service from the staff there when I brought my car in to be serviced. I'm not too familiar with this type of stuff so when I brought it in, I received amazing help from an employee by the name of Matt in all the things I need as well as explaining potential future work I may need to get done. He broke down each of my issues into pieces that I can understand! I will definitely be recommending everyone I can to go here!

Once I had it brought to Whitby Collision they reassured me that everything would be fine and back to normal as soon as possible. That was comforting in the situation at the time.
