Excellent service and professional process. We were extremely impressed by SoftdB’s testing and final report. We are from a small town and received quick , high calibre reports which were used to make a business producing noise install several noise mitigation measures in order to comply with Ministry of Environment standards. 12 residents were positively impacted by the final result. Todd Busch was extremely helpful during the whole process and residents appreciated having his very thorough report as well as his peer review of another engineer’s work for the same location. We knew nothing about this subject other than the physical and psychological effects of harmful noise so we were able to make bylaw review the facts and make changes.
