I recently have been in the market for a new car and was looking for something more luxurious. When coming across S.A.S.S I noticed how they had a wide range of vehicles in their show room. This was my first purchase from a large dealership so I was a little nervous. But, Talib and Iqbal both made the experience so smooth, pleasant and easy for me. They took extra care to explain all the small things that I was unaware about and made sure I was confident and comfortable during the purchase and over all experience. They gave me a fair trade in value for my SUV and I walked away with a beautiful car. I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new car to check out S.A.S.S, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased 2015 Subaru Legacy from them for my son. I picked it up on Sunday from Guelph and drive it to Waterloo (25 min drive). As soon as we get off the car my wife come around and noticed a big chip and crack on the windshield on the passenger side just below the wiper blade. It was my biggest mistake to trust the cheaters at SASS Auto and not checking the car thoroughly before picking it up. I took pictures and send them right way to the manager Scott. Then called him as well. He denied right away that it wasn't there. He was saying safety wouldn't pass with the crack on the windshield. I do agree but unfortunately, safety inspections are manipulated by all used car dealers. According to them it happened during my 25 min drive. I knew nothing happened during that period. They not only cheated with me but made my liar. My message to Scott is that your tongue will be stiff one day when you won't be able to talk because you lied to me and definitely to my other customers. Mr. Iqbal (the owner), you along with your team cheated with me for few hundred dollars. On this Friday, I pray to Allah you will lose many many many more times money than you cheated with me and probably with many others too. I never curse people. This is the first time in my life I am cursing you and your team because you took advantage of my trust to you. InshaAllah Allah will accept my prayer. May Allah punish you in this life and hereafter for cheating and make you realize the severe punishment in this life. You made the offer to make your Google review better than to satisfy me as your customer. If you would care about customer satisfaction then you would have give the offer to my son the day he took the car to you. I was hoping to hear from you some kind of settlement on that day but you told my son that we did the damage. I was extremely dissatisfied with your comment to my son. The windshield damage (see picture) required a huge impact which is impossible not to get noticed for any driver. During my drive from Guelph to Waterloo no such impact happened. But it is very unfortunate that your comment not only made me a liar but also a cheater. Why should I take the blame which I didn't do?In your response, you describe as you have done me a big favor. Most used car dealer would provide that service. You did it simply to sell your car. Yes, Scott did his best to sell the car and make his boss happy. I had a great communication with Scott until picking up the car. But since then he took a nose dive not responding to my text even. Again, please don't mention about the safety inspection. You know the loop holes better than I do.Since the damage existed (someone in your facility definitely knew), my intention was that you took care of the damage. However, your comments to my son and Scott's nose dive didn't leave me any room to except to write a negative review about the situation.

Your experience may vary, but here is mine.Bill of sale was already signed and deposit was paid, but Iqbal sold to car to someone else who came along later. What’s the point of a contract and a deposit if the seller doesn’t have to honour it, and only the buyer is on the hook for it?June 21 - Visited SASS, test-drove a car I was interested in (1999 Porsche 911)June 23 - DEPOSIT PAIDJune 24 - BILL OF SALE SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES, conditional on a pre-purchase inspection by Porsche Oakville scheduled for June 30 (which I agreed to pay for)June 28 - Iqbal called me to say someone else saw the car and was willing to purchase it as-is without any condition. He will not be honouring the contract he already signed with me, and if I wasn’t willing to agree to buy as-is, he will be selling the car to the new buyerJune 29 - I let Iqbal know I will not be waiving the pre-purchase inspection, and he returned my depositReally disappointed that my time and energy were wasted only for the seller to completely neglect the contract at their convenience. Purchased a 2005 Mercedes SL55. From initial visit to last a great experience. No pressure sales tactics, great conversation. Beautiful vehicle, great price and the team went the extra mile by covering what could certainly be interpreted as an issue with an 18 year old vehicle or simple wear. Without hesitation Talib covered the cost stating “my goal is make certain you are happy”. The team was exceptionally responsive and I would not hesitate to give them an outstanding recommendation. I was in a pretty bad accident at the end of January which ultimately forced me into the car buying market. I was getting very frustrated and was finding it very difficult to get into car buying mode. S.A.S.S was my last stop after a very frustrating weekend and I am very happy I decided to stop by before they closed or else I don't think I would have been so successful in finding a car.My favourite part was how not pushy they are. It was a nice relief to not feel pressure to buy something when I had so much else going on. I ended up leaving with a beautiful 2015 Subaru Legacy that I plan to have for a long time, or until I am ready to go back to S.A.S.S for my future Subaru WRX.Their stock is amazing, and the people are even better.Thanks so much everyone at S.A.S.S!

Greedy dealer sold my car to someone else, deposit and all paid didn't matter.It's allowable under OMVIC rules (why is another story) but thumbs up for good business practices. Based on this what could they hide in their used cars? Dont trust them anymore.

It was great working with Talib to get my new wheels. He was very helpful in supplying all of the information I asked for, and then some. Without any direct pressure to purchase. We both knew that I was there to buy -- if I was confident in the purchase. He instilled confidence in both the vehicle and his dealership.I purchased a 2003 Porsche Boxster in April. 20 years old and still looking great. Since then I have put 6,000km on it and am very happy with it.

This was by far ….THE BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!Talib and his father made sure to give me the best possible help for me to obtain the vehicle I desired ,They listened , They strategized , They negotiated with respect and Understanding at all times , They never pushed or pressured me to buy. On July 27 2020 my son (17) almost lost his life on the 7/8 express way in Kitchener heading into work when the front passenger tire blew out losing control of the vehicle!!My Son (17) purchased an Audi S4 from S.A.S.S. Auto and it was the most HORRIBLE experience EVER!! When we went to see the vehicle I mentioned to Talib Shamji (owner) that it needed 4 new tires. He said the garage would have a look and see and It would have a safety inspection done on the vehicle. 3 days later the vehicle was ready for pick up on June 22 2020 with the same 4 tires on the vehicle. On June 25 the vehicle was towed from Kitchener to Guelph S.A.S.S. Auto for a water pump and thermostat. Talib Shamji had the vehicle for 10 business day which had nothing to do with COVID, parts were in stock everywhere. I called Audi Waterloo they told me it would take 4.5 hrs to install the water pump and 3.5 for the thermostat., not sure why they had the vehicle for 10 business days. On July 9 2020 we picked up the vehicle again from S.A.S.S. Auto. That night my son worked 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. At 7:30 am the vehicle started to over heat again on his way home, we then had to tow the vehicle again to a different garage to find out the Talib Shamji IN HOUSE mechanic didn't connect the rad hose WOW!!On August 3 2020 my son (17) almost lost his life on the 7/8 express way in Kitchener heading into work when the front passenger tire blew out losing control of the vehicle!! We again towed the vehicle for a 3rd time to Fowler Tire on Fairway road in Kitchener awesome garage the owner of Fowler Tire indicated that the tires SHOULD NOT have passed safety. I call Talib Shamji to tell him about what happened and he said what do you want me to do...making up excuses putting the blame on my son. My son drove the vehicle for a total of 28 days max!!!!! Talib Shamji does not return my calls and will not provide the safety certificate that THEY DID IN HOUSE!! Talib Shamji told me that the car was at a garage getting the safty when we purchased the vehicle had no idea that it was in house!!!! Pictures added of tires*****Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!! S.A.S.S. Read Mark Johnston review belowmark johnston1 review3 months ago-i just want to say i was really excited to buy my porsche cayenne turbo from these guys but when i purchased vehicle with two blown control arms and oil leaks in three seperate locations!! also they had sold me this vehicle certified. when i called owner to discuss matter he said no problem they picked up vehicle and told me he would fix these issues. when i got vehicle back i soon discovered that the oil leaks were not fixed he paid for the small repair bur did not pay for the big one which cost me 750. i would not recommend these people. they cannot be trusted what so ever. i tried to reach out to owner about these last repairs he refused to respond to me. no to mention i traded a prestine mercedes convertible roadster sl550 and they wanted 4000 on top of trade in which i managed to get down to 2000 these people are the true definition of shady !!!!! the only descent person was my sales guy larry
