I don't usually write reviews, the the team at Camp-Out RV deserve an absolute 5 Star review! Our experience from start to finish has been a fantastic positive experience. My wife and I purchased a truck camper after talking to Les, whose expertise guided into making our decision. Les is an absolute gentleman to deal with! Murray took care care of all the paperwork and his professionalism, courtesy and friendliness made that process another very positive experience! On day of pickup, the entire service team echoed the same professionalism and courtesy that we experienced with the sales and admin team! Special thanks to James, Cory and Allie for going above and beyond to take care of a hiccup" that occurred during the loading of the truck camper. I simply cannot say enough great things about the service

Professional. Courteous. Above and beyond. Excellent experience all the way through. We are first time buyers and they helped us out and set us up the whole way through. (Even found something a family of 5 can pull with a mini van!) Sales man was thorough and not pushy. Service techs were extremely knowledgable and professional. Will be back soon for some neat toy from the store I’m sure.

A really great place for RV service and repair. I've been taking my old 99 trail lite fixer upper camper here for years now. They have done a lot of work on it including water damage repair and new flooring installation. The quality of work is excellent and if you aren't 100% satisfied for whatever reason, Shelly and the service team will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. That's saying a lot nowadays where a lot of other places perform inferior work and leave you out high and dry. Camp-Out RV actually cares about their customers. Can't recommend them enough!

We bought a brand-new trailer last year and have had nothing but problems ever since. The awning had a hole in it, the floor had a soft spot in front of the fridge and the tip-out is broken. We even purchased the extra warranty so we wouldn’t ever have to bring the trailer back to the shop from the park where we park it and now today we have to bring it back for the second time to get the tip-out fixed. We had brought the trailer back for service last November to April when we picked it up a week ago and then discovered once we got home that the tip-out still isn’t opening and closing right and now it’s leaking along the bottom and there’s mold. Needless to say we are very unhappy with the service here and I will never recommend to anyone to buy a brand-new trailer. Trailers are poorly made and obviously we can’t expect much better with the service here as they had our trailer for over 4 months and now we have even more problems…

Chad at Camp-out RV really got to work with his knowledge of the Hymer Aktiv camper vans and understanding what we as purchasers want and need in this type of vehicle. For 4+ years now, we've been living, travelling and working in and from our 1990 VW Vanagon Westfalia camper van. We are ready for a bit more room, some basic comforts and serious reliability. We think, after researching Class B camper vans that the Hymer provides us with a space to work and a little more room when it gets uncomfortable outside, to stretch out and chill. We did look at 1000 Islands RV at the same vehicles and unfortunately we never got the information that we really needed to make a purchasing decision. Talking to Chad at Camp-out RV we got a straight view on how the pricing worked as well as available incentives from Hymer directly. None of this was clear from the outset at the other place and I suggest that, yes, when you're spending upwards of $100k on a vehicle/RV it serves you to do your homework and to shop around.We're thrilled to be taking ownership soon, of the 2018 Hymer Aktiv that Chad helped us decide upon. Great sales staff and we're looking forward to our introduction session in a week or two.

We dealt with Les and Murray to trade in our 2019 5th wheel trailer, on a 2023 8-11 Northern Lite truck camper in January, and both explained everything well. On March 31, James showed us everything about the camper and patiently answered our questions, in the pouring rain! He and Cory helped us load the camper on the truck. Everyone at Camp-Out RV has been super helpful, and answered our questions via phone a few days later. This is our four RV, and we are extremely happy with Camp-Out RV, and would strongly recommend them.
