Ive had pretty good chicken here every once in a while. I ordered a wrap today and had 4 FL oz of water come out of the wrap and spill all over me. What the absolute heck? I stuck my finger to the chicken and it was hot... But the wrap was soggy. How? This was bizarre.

Tried the plant-based sidekick sandwich, and it was impressive how they could make it very similar to chicken breast texture and taste!One thing worth mentioning is that the photos were a little bit misleading in representing the size of the sandwich! It’s about half the size of their regular burgers.We also tried the taters, and they were fresh and delicious!

Employee Tracy was very nice, very patient, asked me if i had the Mary Browns app to get my points, which i forgot about, She offered serve another customer while i opened and logged in the MB app. She then resumed my order. She was very good. The food was great enough but Tracy's service was the icing on the cake. Thanks Tracy!!

Terrible service in drive thru, we were only ones in line and left waiting at window for over 5 minutes with no explanation. Food came out and taters were icy cold but big Marys were hot.

July 2023: placed order through app at 6:30pm. Waited in drive through till 7, like barely moved. Never made it to the window. Came inside, now it is well after 7 and still waiting.
