Three times in the last two months, I bought something to realize it had been opened and previously returned, and twice the products were defective. Selling returned and damaged products as new is illegal, yet they don’t care when I tell them. Be very careful when shopping there.

Since they change ownership, the new staff are rude. The garage is double-crossing on part, labor and others. Returned process is now a real pain. The CT of Longueuil is not that far, this is where I'm going now.

Very rude customer service. I said two words in English in the middle of a French sentence and the woman responded with je ne parle pas en anglais" with attitude. I work in customer service and I speak the language my customer wants to speak. I doubt she didn't understand me

Parking is plentiful, however staff aren't very helpful. The store itself is somewhat messy & disorganized. With most businesses closed within the complex, this Canadian Tire surely isn't demonstrating effort to provide customers with a quality experience.

This Canadian Tire (located in Boucherville, Qc) has a new owner and I met today the new Auto center manager, Joe, as I had an appointment for a minor car repair.Well, Joe, in front of 5 stunned employees showed an absolute failure to respect the client by refusing to honor an appointment which was nevertheless registered in the computer. Then he went into the computer and canceled the appointment in front of me and rather than explaining himself, he went to hide in the small office. He made a fool of himself in front of his employees. I went to another Canadian Tire in Saint-Bruno and with pleasure and smile they did the repair in 0.8 hours.
