Motel Chez Nous

Worst experience ever even without visiting! Reserved it by Priceline the day before, call the Motel ( night before ) at 9:30 PM to make sure.. no answer! Did not want to risk it so cancel my reservation by chat line ( the only way, no answer on Priceline either!). Day after call Motel to confirm my cancellation they rejected they put me in a vicious loop of booking company and Motel. Was on the phone and waiting for more thank 2 hours of waiting and no success! New way of ripping you off your money! I would have given minus start if I could.

first negative comment about an motel. price was more expensive than it was displayed on internet, the room was dirtiest ever seen. strange things on walls and doors what's happened here ? spider, and spider tissue every where, the lady's at the counter tops was not friendly and difficult to ear when she's speak because a large windows was here, she's won't to open it to speak as human suppose to. bed was uncomfortable, next door neighborhood made a party until 11pm, and he stop after an ambulance came, can't sleep in this room I left to sleep another place better for half off price.

Horrible place. I was supposed to stay a week but left after a day. The room was freezing even though the heater were on. I had to sleep with my coat. The room was dirty and numerous things were missing like a hair dryer. It’s over priced for this place.

The room was horrible the shower wasn’t working the tv wasn’t working and the smell was atrocious, we stayed for 5 minutes and we decided to leave right away after we found the room inhabitable and demanded our money back but they refused to give us any money, they were rude and unreasonable. We even thought of calling the police to get our money back but we figured it wasn’t worth it. They stole $30 dollars from us, they are thieves, DO NOT STAY HERE. The customer service is horrible, it’s better to sleep in your car. These people don’t know how to run a business they are just money hungry and trying to rip people off for nothing. THE WORST MOTEL IN QUEBEC. You have been warned. 0 STARS.

People at reception were rude and abrasive. The place looks like a set from a horror movie, I expected Chucky to pop out from behind the tree.I didn't end up staying there, got a room at the Hampton Inn instead.

It was 105 a night no soap dish, had to place soap on the floor of the shower. No toilet paper holder it just sat on the back of the toilet.

Got this room by friends who booked me under the wrong name(Gerry instead or Gerald) after being kick out of the house and the lady helped me get a room quickly afterwards realizing it was me, got the room was cold but i put the heat on and ate some chili beef jerky and got warm instantly! Room reminds me of the 90’s. Nostalgic feel, took a shower and had to put the heat in the bathroom too. Happy to sleep on a bed and take a break of sleeping in my car. Thank you

Had a smokers room . The motel just got new windows.

Room smells really bad and Cleanliness is not their priority at all. they wont let you check out earlier. Mgmt and hotel staff is not helpful at all. 1000% would not recommend!
