Guy sits there behind the plexiglass with his mask on and an ear piece in and wonders why he can't hear the customers? Then he's rude no please no thank you no have a good day. Nothing. Unpleasant interactions.

While the beer store as a whole seems to be collapsing under the weight of its own politics, my local outlet here is perfect for the way I consume. This outlet carries about 300 beers at any given time. The entire right hand side of the store is dedicated to shelves of individual pint cans sampler's, and other small pack sizes. There is an outstanding selection of real imports such as dab, bavaria, and rataburger. If you are drinking imports, make sure you stick to the cans and be very careful with the bottles. Most though not all of the bottles are brewed by either Molson or labatt, which hardly makes them import. There is also a terrific selection of Ontario craft. They will not have anything completely unique, but they will have a very good selection of collective arts, lake of bays, railway city, and others. In particular, this outlet carries Lock Street brewing flagship publications, portside pilsner and industrial pale ale. Doesn't get any more local than that! Staff here are friendly, and most of them are happy to help in my pursuit of new beers to try. The selection does not turn over fast enough to suit me, but it's still a friendly neighborhood spot.

Great store and staff, with the exception of one of the employees. Her name is Rachel, she is very rude and doesnt like to help. I have asked her numerous times if they have stock of a particular beer, she tells me to go get it myself. That's her job, no one else has an issue getting what I need except for her. She needs to be moved to another location. She is in the customer service industry and should know how to treat customers.

Not all heroes wear capes. I strongly recommend asking staff for assistance when purchasing anything. I found that ringing in 4 six packs was cheaper than a 2-4. Who knew? Just ask!

The Beer Store
This place sells pilsner, lagers, ales, stoats, sours, ipas, white, porter, pale ale, malt, brown ale, bitter, American pale ale, Saison, Scotch ale, flavored beers. The prices range from cheap(Canadian cheap) to expensive. It's hours vary but usually closes at like 8 or 9 because the chain is run by the government and they shouldn't run businesses.

Smaller than most beer stores and lacking the variety of the other stores as well... They didn't have my first 2 choices... But very friendly and professional, hard working staff!! It was a pleasant visit

Best selection of beer in town. Very convenient self serve format. Not very big but well organized and has all the local favorites and less common imports on shelf. As it is a self serve boutique, the line moves very quickly. Staff are very friendly and feel like old friends after a few visits. Only complaint is that i wish the cooler was utilised more, however they keep the temperature quite cool so you won't be getting warm beer. A lot of stuff to won't find in other beer stores or the LCBO. I wish more beer stores would follow this format.
