Alright prices, everything looks and feels chaotic in the store all the time. No matter what time of year, the store is always a mess of clothes with 0 direction. Its a get what you pay for" place

The staff here could be a little more helpful, but outside of that, it's always clean and organized. The pricing is really good and they have a lot of items to choose from.

Went to your store in Guelph, Ontario. Hugely disappointed!!! While the store was tidy the staff were completely uninterested in the customers and would rather chat amongst themselves then ring up paying customers. No greeting nor thank you. I did learn about the dating life of one of the staff while waiting to have my purchases rung up. Won't be back nor would I recommend anyone going and spending their money here. Disgraceful!! Would give it a zero if I had the option

I love the store! One of my favourite places to get reasonably priced, nice clothing for all occasions! I took my daughter there in June for the 1st time and she LOVED it! She had a blast being able to go through and pick nice clothes that we're appropriate but still fashionable! The prices are AMAZING! The deals unbeatable and the selection is HUGE! Everything from undergarments to jeans, dresses for fancy occasions to shoes, comfy clothes to work clothes! Everything you need in ONE location, makes shopping so convenient! Some of the staff could use some improvement! However, one staff member, well he was INCREDIBLE! Upbeat, enthusiastic, happy and so willing to help! Hands down, BEST customer service I had EVER had there! They need more staff members like him!

Super uncomfortable to shop here. The changerooms don't have mirrors inside so you have to step outside to see yourself in the items. Everyone stares at you. I don't see how that prevents theft. Everyone that works here is pretty insensitive. The top I needed had a stain on it and was the only medium left, but they couldn't offer any sort of discount on it. And they don't do returns- only exchanges, which they did not inform us at the time of purchase. This place is a fast fashion nightmare. Please shop at thrift stores where I promise you'll find this store's clothing all over (& heading to landfills)!

I am really disappointed with the cashiers working in the store. I went on friday around 6 and I want to exchange stuff and buy new ones but she was giving so bad expression as if we were buying clothes for free. Its not the 1st time this happened. Last year I went to buy jeggins and was standing in line and was looking some stuff which were hanging there and I wanted to buy the sanitizer bottle. I was just talking with my friend and there waa no one behind us but she asked me thrice that are you guys ready now?" in arrogance. I would request the manager to ket them teach some customer service skills."
