My HDMI port was visibly damaged and I was no longer getting video for it. It was on the pricey side to get these things done, but the console functions perfectly and I was sent video of the console working before I came to pick it up. 2.5 hours and I had my PS5 back.Highly recommend this service!

I had a problem with a Dell laptop that wouldn’t start at all. Victor was great to work with, he allowed me to drop it off after-hours which was very helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem, which unfortunately confirmed that my daughter had short-circuited the motherboard. Victor took me through it all so that I could understand the situation properly. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to replace the motherboard, even though that would have meant more work for him. In the end that laptop was a write-off, but Victor still helped me to salvage the SSD hard drive which is at least some solace from a burnt out motherboard.

I use my laptop for DJing, music production, and graphic editing, which consumes a great deal of power. I may have corrupted my charger with a faulty voltage plug due to all the traveling overseas, which caused my MacBook Pro to develop power consumption and outage issues that impacted my work. There is no day off for me, so I need someone who is reliable and can do it as soon as possible. In just two days, he explained what was wrong, what he did, and what needed to be replaced. Amazing service, I had a broken screen on my Macbook with no idea what caused it, but within less than 30 hours Victor diagnosed the problem and completely repaired it. Now it's running with absolutely no issues at all. I definitely would recommend using his services.

We woke up the morning of my son’s birthday and his Nintendo switch was not turning on we’re charging we called I repair. Terrible experience.Can't fix my Nintendo Switch and is holding it hostage. Says I owe him $150 for his expertise" even though he didn't know how to fix it. He yelled at me on the phone for at least 20 mins and is going to hold on to it

They fixed my PS4 where it involved both software and hardware issues. It was not an easy problem to fix and they were able to do it. A job well done I would say.

I stumbled across iRepairToronto on Google when I searched 'console repairs in Toronto' and I have to admit after the initial phone call, I did expect to arrive at an official place of business, a 'store'. But Victor runs this enterprise out of his house but do not let that deter you. Things are very informal, he gives you an honest initial assessment out on his balcony and then just takes your device, and all you have as contact information is a text message. Again this could be off-putting at first, but worry not because I had the BEST experience getting my Switch repaired. After assessing my Switch (which had dead wifi) and suggesting what he 'thought' the problem might be, I received a personal phone call the very next morning and due to the nature of the issue the cost did go up from the initial assessment but it was all above board and he was right on the nose about the problem. I was able to pick up my device 24 hours later and it has worked like a charm ever since. As a matter of fact Victor could have had me pick it up earlier but he wanted to be 100% sure he was correct about the repair and requested to continue testing it for a full afternoon. Once I had picked it up, he even texted me the next day to ensure that it was still working and all his work is guaranteed for a full 30 days. I really cannot recommend Victor more highly. Don't be put off by the Mom and Pop nature of your first contact, your device is in the hands of a true pro. I would bring any out of warranty device to this business for repair without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

I contacted Victor at I Repair Toronto regarding my sons Xbox-X as it would not turn on after dropping it. He advised potential problems and approximate cost to repair over the phone. After delivering it to him for repair same day I assumed I would be waiting until next week due to holidays. I was surprised to get a message same day advising the issue after inspecting and the cost to repair. Victor had it fixed and tested next day while advising along the way where we were at. Once it was picked up and brought home he also followed up later in the day to make sure all was well. With this kind of professional service I had to write a quick review to thank him again. I will definitely be dropping my X Box 360 off to him for repair next week.This is the definition of a 5 star service..
