I am overly excited and sincere grateful for the assistance and help recieved from Fatema . I have been working with the technical support for a few days in trying to restore my phone to normal working condition and each time I try they all fail . Decide to go Hillcrest mall Telus and my phone was fix in maximum time of 15 minutes did know it was not a easy task . Fatema is brilliant and I pray u raise up to greatness for Telus wish her all the best thanks in advance.

Maybe it was the store policy that something was more important. This was at the Telus location in Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill.I drove my wife to Telus planning on buying her a new plan. And we would new customers. Guess I will have to delay my purchase to another time at a different location as our time was wasted.The only sales guy at that time said he was in a meeting (on his devices) and told us to come back in 10 minutes. So we walked around and went home. I didn't get the salesman's name. I'll never shop at this location.I had a very good experience yesterday at Telus located in Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket. I'll go there to make my purchases. It's a little far, but It will be worth my time.

We had the pleasure of working with Justin D. He is an extremely accommodating and patient person. We visited the store on a very busy evening and he still found time to make sure all of our questions were answered and double checked that all of the details on our accounts were accurate.
