Based on my review reply from the owner I contacted customer service However it was a lie again, no one replied to me at all for a while. And those sales keep asking you if you need help when you were in the store. My husband and I both felt very unusual. I guess they were trained to inspect the customers.

Nice productBut not nice price labelsIt's not expensive compared to original price from Korean shopBut checking prices is difficult. The price label is too far away from the place where the item isThere's no samples for nail manicuresSince it's new branch, I hope to become better and better

Had a great experience shopping here! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to share their recommendations on Korean makeup and skincare with me. The store is also new so it's super bright and clean. I would highly recommend visiting!

I was excited about this location cuz I liked my experience at Eaton Centre but the employees at Fairview made it a bad experience for me. Had 4-5 staff asking my friend and me 3-4 times if we needed any help even when we told them we were fine the first time. We wanted to take our time to browse around since they had so many cute stuff and skincare but we felt so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even enjoy our visit. Please train your employees how to give their customers some privacy instead of pushing them to make customers uncomfortable.
