Called to confirm stock for a Eco lawn mower on sale, customer service representative confirmed 5 in stock, went to pick up with in an hour, they had none in stock, waisted 2 hours for nothing! The staff showed no courtesy.

Very impresssd by level of service provided by representative Sukhjit, nowadays you hardly get this type of attention from client care. I called just 10 mins before store closing with my weborder problem. Sukhjit mentioned that as store is closing she will give me a call tomorrow and took my web order number. Its been while i have seen someone actually calling next day and resolving issue in such a short period of time. Rona, well done and thank you for exceeding expectation please keep up this culture of providing best service to your clients

Worst experiece. Wrost products for big ticket items like Gazebo and outdoor products. Not ojly that you can also not provide negative review. They filters them before going online. Keep minimum numbers to have average review of above 4.0

Went in to purchase a circuit breaker. Was over in the electrical section, and I had a little trouble finding it, but I found an employee who checked to see if they had in stock. I got lucky they had 4 left. He then brought me up to the front of the store, where they kept all the circuit breakers got the right one for me. And on my way, I went. The employee was very helpful and respectful. Couldn't ask for anything else. The service was great. The store was not busy, which was nice, not like going into Home Depot, and it's busy, and you have to wait for help. Thank you for the great service today.

We had to rush 30km hoping to pick a plant we wanted but unfortunately arrived after the garden centre closed. One of their team members, went in to bring out 2 samples of the plant we needed and could choose from so that we didn't have to return empty handed. God bless her!

Went to this Rona location and met Devan, a young salesman. He loved explaining us about the things we wanted to buy and took us to the ailes to find them. God bless him. It saved lot of our time when we were tired. We just hope we get such nice person in all stores.

One of the best Rona's. Huge and well stocked. Employees are so kind. Great deals from time to time. Must visit and check out prices before buying from elsewhere. Competitive deals and great customer service. Their garden center is also very nice. Check out the video I have posted for the deals this week.
