Would not recommend using this dealership for service as they always try to up sell for services that are not required. There were a few instances where the service advisors highly recommended and pushed hard for me to complete a particular service, but when I had it reviewed by my regular mechanic they noted that it was not required nor recommended based on the Mazda service guide - it was just a clear money grab. I will not be using this dealership for any future service.

Lots of hand sanitizer and signage done for social distancing. Processing and explanation of service done well. Estimated time well within range. I would continue to service the vehicle here.

I went to this store for a CX30 test drive. Johnny was the advisor who assisted us. He is very helpful, resourceful and polite. I appreciate his help a lot.

Finance person Erica had a sudden attitude change when she learned that we are not financing but paying full cash, likely because it meant that she wouldn't get her bonus or meet her quota. We provided a student transcript as well for $500 rebate clearly outlined on the Mazda website, and she never got back to us. This was 3 years ago. I'm back in the store for servicing and her presence reminded me of this incident. Unbelievably poor service. How she still has her job is unfathomable.

I had called ahead and set up an appointment to test out a CX5. When I showed up Matthew had everything ready and was very welcoming. He addressed all our questions and was very patient. We ended up buying that same night. I would highly recommend seeing Matthew with sales and Cindy with Finances. Great customer service at Richmond Mazda.
