When I bought medicine they encouraged me to write o the box what it does. And when I tried to exchange 1 of the units for another they refused to take it cause of the writing on the box.....

The staff always comes through to answer any questions you might have about vitamins and supplements. However, I would have given 5 stars if they had posted that they were going to be closed between Christmas and January 4/22 so I didn't waste time and money going to the store when it was closed.

This used to be one of the greatest place for natural selection but the service has been really bad. Be aware most of the things are not returnable even if you are allergic to them. But go to franchise where they value customers.

after 20 years of supporting this business we are DONE. Even with the mandates dropped, the staff discriminate against people that don't wear masks. We will not tolerate this discrimation anylonger. Gladly found better health food stores with much friedlier service where me and my family shop at.

I've been going to that store for the past 20 years. The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful, very personable. He helped my son to recover from his bad eczema, when doctors couldn't do anything except prescribing Prednisone. Amazing store, good products, great selection.

I was there for the first time today, buying supplements. I loved this store. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and so nice to talk to. I got everything I was after PLUS they have a great natural beauty and bath (and tea!) section in the back. I will definitely be back again. What a great spot!
