My dishwasher failed in November. My extended warranty was with COM....CO, through Home Depot. It took more than a month and over 20 hours of being on hold to to reach the warranty company. Then there was the exchange of endless emails. Finally, I am told Trans Global will affect repairs. it's January 19th and Trans Global has me scheduled for March 4th. So with my extended warranty and the associated repairs, I will be without my dishwasher for Nearly 4 months provided it is repaired on the first service. What happened to service companies actually providing service??

The worst service I have ever experienced. It took months just to have someone look at the appliance. When they finally came they told me a new part was needed but gave no estimate on time. It has been almost a year since the appliance stopped working and we still don't even have a time estimate.

Been trying to have my dishwasher repaired since mid April, had an apt booked for July 12 and they were a no show with no phone call. They rescheduled me for august 12 and “can’t do anything else”. This is absolutely ridiculous.Edit to add: after reviewing, Trans Global called me and rebooked me for July 26. I was out of town so I provided my roommates info. The dispatcher happily helped over the phone and said everything would be fine. The technician, William, still called me while I was away and kept telling me to text him so we can rebook when I was back in town, even after I continued to tell him to contact my roommate. I could tell he wasn’t happy to be dealing with me. I hung up and sent him my roommates info as well as set up my call forwarding to her number as I did not trust him to call her instead of me. I was really hoping to adjust the rating of this review after they rebooked me quickly but the exchange with the technician stopped me from doing so. He caused me to stress over this issue further while I was trying to relax with family I hadn’t seen in over a year.

had a warranty issue on washer, Tech would not lower the stacked dryer even after company said they would send a second tech. I had to hire another company to lower dryer. logistic nightmare dealing with this company and I would never recommend them.

Our Induction stove has not been working properly since we bought it. Through warranty, we got William from Trans Global in to have a look at it and he discovered it was an error from the factory, which he fixed on the spot. I can highly recommend William, he was courteous, a pleasure to chat with and full of great information. Oh yeah, and he also fixed the problem!
