I've purchased two motorcycles from this shop and my buying experience was great both times. Also Parts and Service department have been great to me and very helpful every time I need help.

Service what service? I walked in stood around waiting for the great services I read about whileI was looking at the bikes and to think I was going to buy a yamaha bike for my son I will not come back here again

Purchased a 2023 Ruckus and paid cash in full and assume this is why the sales rep rushed me out the door, not going over any of the paperwork and not so much as even a follow up phone call. Also, when booking the first oil change I was told I will be waiting over three weeks. Pretty sure it must have been the mechanic I spoke to as he was very rude and ignorant with his words and tone, making me feel belittled and in pure disbelief upon hanging up. Haven’t been able to ride my ruckus for a week as I don’t want to go over the initial 1000 km and risk damaging the motor. Still have to wait another 9 days before dropping it off at which point they said it likely won’t even be ready that day for pick up? Seriously? That busy? Definitely upset over all this. Just because they are the only Honda dealership in Winnipeg or surrounding area I can take my Ruckus to gives them the entitlement to disrespect and mistreat an honest and cash up front customer? Someone help me out here.

Had all the items I needed to service my bike. Fast, easy, convenience. Highly recommended for Honda and Yamaha

Place is a nightmare!!! No one knows what they are doing . Order warranty parts in they had since last year to find out they are wrong parts , 3 boats in just over 3.5 Years and not sure why I keep going back but will never recommend or buy another boat from these clowns . Telling people to use an emergency ladder to get in a boat from land and not use the fender which is designed for a step because they don't wanna fix stuff properly is crazy . You say you fixed it for free ? It's a year old use warranty. What's the suggestion for entering a boat adding steps which I have ordered but in all reality I assure you the fender is used in 99 percent of cases entering a boat . You all don't fix anything with out an argument of some kind. I hope your service guy is ready to show me how to enter a boat using an emergency ladder . Oh and the fender that lost the pins is not the fender we use to enter boat

This is our second Sidewinder purchase from WSL. It won't be our last purchase from WSL. Great customer service with each transaction and every encounter. The smile on Steve's face says it all. He loves his Yamaha!

I've have had a good experience dealing with the staff when i go there, but calling is a joke.No one answers the phone and no one calls you back once you have left a message. What ever happened to speaking with someone one the phone. Now they want you to do it online.

I found a bike that I was interested in on their website, so I called in to ask about it. I was told it was available so I got my finances in order and the next day I called in to reserve it. I was then told they were holding it for someone who left a down payment a week ago.

Excited to see they are now a Ducati dealer, a convenient spot for parts/ service for my Monster and my Yamaha sled.

I would NOT recommend purchasing anything used or on consignment from this dealer. I purchased a 2020 crf250rx on consignment and was told they had serviced it at their facility.I rode this bike for 15 minutes and it died... After draining the oil I found it was full of filings. Initially I attempted a valve set and found one of the intake cam lobes blue and the journal on the head worn/scored where it sits and the valves so tight I couldn't get a .001 feeler gauge in. Further investigation I found a thrust washer from between the crank and Conrod fell apart and jammed the oil pump. Although a consignment deal they clearly do not perform any kind of thorough inspections before offering to sell items on cinsignment I'm now looking at a $3500 repair. I've emailed the salesman I dealt with to give a heads up they should start performing a little more thorough inspections and didn't get a reply. I'm so frustrated this is the first review I've ever written on anything.If you're considering a used/consignment piece of equipment with this dealer treat it like a backyard deal and take a set of tools with you to do some simple checks before pulling the trigger."
