Woody's RV World - Grande Prairie

Was great dealing with Woody's during time in Grande Prairie.Jessica especially really knew her stuff; knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. Highly recommended

It's been a year now since I bought a new trailer from woody's. It's been a horrible experience. Nothing but issues with it. Brought it back to get fixed 10+ times last summer and again in November with a list of issues with it. This spring to no surprise it was not functioning well. Now that manufacturers warranty is expired ibrought it to Happy Trails RV and even though didn't purchase from them the service was 10 times better than woodys ever was. A few days later they called me and went through the issues they found/fixed with me. Now, first time ever it seems to be working well. I learnt the hard way and will not make the mistake of buying from woodys again.

Reyanne is a very talented and knowledgeable staff member here. I will gladly come here again just because of her extensive knowledge and helpfulness. I truly enjoy her excellent customer service.

Bought our camper here last year and the staff at woodys have been great support with everything we've needed since. Rey in parts went the extra mile to help me find the hitch we needed after it was stolen over the winter and got us back on the road! Thanks Rey!

I had a problem finding some finishing materials for the interior of my RV and called around to other places that didn't want to take the time to find the proper colors I needed, then I called Woody's and got Rey. She provided outstanding service by following up on part numbers and colors very quickly. There was one part we were not sure we needed and she went above and beyond to figure it out. We were very happy with our experience and will be back because of her!

Highly recommended as they have been first class from the beginning and even after a year and change into ownership of my first rig. My sales advisor Darcie even drove up to Surrey BC to deliver my rig for me. Bev in the Finance department was amazing to work with during and again after providing me with correspondence when I've requested it. The GM Darcy Klimach has also helped me dealing with warranty related issues coming into my 2nd year of ownership. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership and highly recommended. One thing to make note that I made my purchase over the phone and viewing online without seeing it in person. We travelled eleven hours north to visit this location of Woody's RV World in Grande Prairie, and the drive was worth it! Our salesperson, Dave, and Woody's management, held a motorhome for us for a few months, for a reasonable deposit. Due to winter road conditions we did not feel safe travelling to Grande Prairie until Spring. During that time, Woody's could have sold the motorhome, but stuck to the deal, and waited for us to come see and purchase the RV. Our gently used motorhome was clean, and everything was in (mostly) working order. The few things that needed tweaking were fixed before we left the dealership. Bev, the Business Manager, got all our paperwork done quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Dave answered all our questions, in person once we arrived there, and by phone, text and email, during the months we waited for the weather to get warmer. All the Woody's staff we met were friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Woody's Grande Prairie. Thank you!UPDATE! There were a few things that didn't work on the motorhome when we got it home and had a thorough check of all systems. Most were minor fixes expected of a ten year old RV, but the fridge would not cool properly and worked only partially on 120, so that meant we had to be on shore power all the time. We love to boondock, and that left us with a decision to purchase a new refrigerator. We contacted Woody's to let them know about this as we had been assured all systems were working. Darcy, the manager, said Woody's would ship a new fridge to us (remember we live 11 hours away from their location) and even paid for the install! We couldn't be happier with this after purchase service. Our opinion of Woody's RV was high before, and if we could give another 5 stars we would.

I called in inquiring about a trailer power cord since mine had been stolen with 2-15ft extensions. The service department was awesome found exactly what I needed and even held it for me until I could stop in. This dealership has the best team. I won’t go anywhere else
