Ridiculous. They never answer the phone and impossible to get an appointment. Pharmacist faxing refill request for weeks.. I keep getting ignored and am seriously considering filing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Thanks for nothing Dr. Beshay! I suppose you’re too busy doing facials and selling cosmetics to be concerned about anyone’s health.

Dr Beshay is a very kind and compassionate person, she listens and takes appropriate action for all my concerns not only for myself but my mother as well, she is a blessing.

Dr. Beshay, according to these reviews, seems to be selective to the patients she serves objectively. In October 2020 I was supposed to be referred to a Cardiologist. This referral didn't take place and her receptionist, Courtney, told me it was done and that I could follow up with the Cardiologist office.Once I contacted them, they claimed I was never referred and my name didn't exist in their system. When I called the office back, Courtney told me that it was done and she could see it on her system - basically saying I was a liar and that the Cardiologist office didn't have accurate information.I later confirmed with the Cardiologist office that the referral was dated in October, but wasn't received until February 23rd. Moreover, the referral wasn't submitted properly and was for a test already completed and not for follow up with a specialist.When you express concern for your care or any concerns, they immediately pull the 'feel attacked card' and offer even poorer service. Meanwhile, you can talk to Beshay, but she will cut you off or talk over you and not really listen. With a level of care like this, it's no wonder why people get upset. Dare you not get upset though!

This is not a health clinic, this is a store to sell cosmetics and charge a lot for their bad service, they don't answer your call if you were there , because they know what they did . Dr. Bashy and her team do not care about patients, just looking for money... my wife got the Ad , but they did charge her five times of their offer in Potax Ad .. they didn't give receipt, because they don't want patients have evidence about what Bashy did .. Never recommend this place and Please Please be careful..

After my doctor retired I became a patient of Dr. Beshay. I was in the middle of being diagnosed with C-PTSD when this happened. Months later when the pandemic plummeted my mental health, Dr.Beshay made time after her shift to talk to me. She treated me like a person even when I started to experience symptoms on the phone call. Instead of shaming me for crying, she explained that it's a difficult time. That it's okay to not be okay. Most importantly she helped me find a medication combo that finally worked. Getting mental health help is scary; Dr. Beshay made me finally feel heard and understood. I strongly recommend her and the pharmacy within the office.

Sherif Girgis is AMAZING!!!! He is thorough and so professional and knowledgeable and yet has time to get to know us in the short time we have been at his pharmacy. I highly recommend Sherif to anyone who wants a more personal service. Having him and our family doctor in the same space is unbelievably convenient. Thank you Sherif for making every transaction so easy. I don't think I could ever thank you enough for all that you do in the short amount of time we have known you.

In my opinion, Dr. Beshay sets the bar for what a family doctor should be. She, and her staff, have always treated my mother and I with the best care. We trust her fully with our health and well-being.

I haven't had a doctor in a very long time, and then I found TrueMedica Clinic and the staff there is amazing. My doctor is Dr. Marina Beshay, and she not only listens to what I need but she works with me and hard to help me. She is compassionate and understanding. I am not an easy patient so I am very grateful for her and how she treats me. I feel heard from her.

Dr Beshay has always been great to me and my family. We have been coming to her for years. Always manages to squeeze me in if there’s an urgent need. She’s a great listener and is willing to work with her patients.
