My surgery to have my tonsils was supposed to be for this Friday coming up.Got a confirmation text to confirm this appointment today, maybe roughly 2 hours later I get a call from my dr's office that this has to be cancelled!My boyfriend had taken time off work to be able to take me. I was prepared to take 2 weeks off work and the day off on Friday.I can understand being understaffed, however It's completely unacceptable to cancel an appointment so close to the date, imagine if I wasn't able to work for those two weeks because they had decided to over book appointments and not have enough staff available for these said appointments. I have been waiting over 2 years for this!So disappointed by the fact the timing was so uncalled for. I'm sure there was knowledge before the long weakened of this being an issue...

I took my son (8) for surgery with Dr Hancock (pediatrician specialist) At maples surgical center. The Front Desk staff nurses & doctor was very friendly and Kind . They explained everything well .I had Many questions before surgery and after al questions were answered well. Surgery went smoothly and the nurses took such a good care of my son and accommodate with all his needs.We are so glad we went here .

Amazing center, Clean, Comfortable and professional staff, Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors made the expearience as good as it can be under the circumstances of undergoing a surgery. I had the pleasure of being takken care of Dr. Esmail who is highly talented ENT and surgeon.

Nobody should ever have surgery here. I had mine Dec 2021, as soon as I woke up from general anesthesia I was being dresses by a guy, I felt so neausious but they didn’t do anything about it. I told him I need time as I felt extremely groggy. He didn’t seem to care, instead he called my ride to come get me. I walked out of there throwing up and again nobody cared.I recently had surgery at Victoria hospital. OH MY GOD!!! What a difference, Complete opposite experience. They kept me for 5 hrs post surgery to make sure I wasn’t throwing up, kept the iv with fluids going and made sure I was able to walk before getting discharged… offered me food. do not come to maples surgical!

The staff here were amazing to my 5 year old and I. My 5 year old was literally excited to go in for surgery because they made it so inviting and relaxing for us. All of the staff here get a 5 star rating from us, and I want them to know that they chose the right career making a difference in the lives of many children/people.

My two year old had surgery here with Dr. Jones today. Our entire experience was beyond amazing. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was so kind, engaged with my daughter.Each new nurse or doctor we met, were outstanding. They were dancing with my daughter, making her feel safe and uplifted.Such a wonderful experience and I would recommend this clinic to any of my friends and family.Thank you so much for making us feel so safe and welcome!

Daughter was there for tonsilectomy. The front desk staff was super friendly and the nurses and surgeon were all very kind the day of surgery. However, when I called with questions about bleeding where her tonsils were removed, the nurse I spoke to belittled me and told me to be a mom about the situation and that my daughter was a big girl and needs to start eating even though she was in alot of pain and that I should've read the pamphlet they provided regarding post op care...I told her that we were in the hospital for this bleeding and now at children's hospital to treat the bleeding! Turns out the area did have a cut and she's one of the 2% of people who it can happen to..I'm glad I didn't take her advice to force my child to eat while in pain and bleeding! I felt no compassion for my concerns... just be careful with who you speak to at this place!

I have been a client at Maples since 2013 & I have had nothing but incredible experiences over the years . The staff are well organized & quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The care following procedures is phenomenal. Words cannot express how grateful I am!

I recently had a surgery here from Dr Turner, and the nurses in this facility are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and taken care of post op. I was so happy with the care I received here. I hope if I ever have surgery again, I am in the care of Maples Surgical again. The front desk girl is extremely friendly and welcoming as well. One critique tho - they could have comfier waiting room chairs. Considering I had to wait 1.5 hours before surgery, my back was pretty sore after about 30 minutes of sitting. But otherwise an amazing and clean facility!
