Bad Boy takes full payment in advance and do not deliver for months and will not give back the money. They call this as sales final. This is scam. Do not fall victim to this. Buy from listed companies on stock exchange like Home depot, Costco, Best Buy and lowes. These companies will not take full payment in advance and will also give you buy now and pay later option. Bad boys give you option of pay fully now, will deliver in the far far future before the end of civilization. Please do due diligence.

We bought a washer and dryer from their warehouse sale. They were a floor model and when inspected we signed off the dryer had a couple of scratches on the side of the dryer. They delivered them but they stayed in the boxes in the garage for 4 weeks until the renovations we're finished. When we opened the box the dryer had a couple of big dents in the front which weren't there when we inspected them. Then we turned the drum of the washing machine and there's a noise like fine metal in the drum. It's obviously damaged and can't be used. I've been on hold now for an hour and no answer. It's my first and last time dealing with this company not sure how they stay in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I just talked to their customer experience folks, that's a joke, and I told her about the damage. She said to deal with the manufacture for the damage they caused to the appliances.THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

Placed an order for bed frame and received 2 months later. And for placing the order they demanded 50% deposit(Mr.sameh), and some parts were missing, called and reported regarding that .They sent a service issue form to me and follow up with procedures. Now its been couple of weeks ' everyday when I call them for update, a person speaks and I had to explain from a to z and 2 days back a guy confirmed with the email and he said to call theNext day for update. As a follow up I called today and another guy picked up says they didn't see any email from us.I'm totally fed up with their service. It's totally been 10 weeks paid full money but didn't receive full product and struggling with them. Who ever goes there be careful. They only target to take orders and sell 5 years warranty package and get 50% advance money for the unknown delivery date.My order number: 1826841

The worst furniture shop. If you don't want to get problems with them please don't buy with them. It's hard to deal with this people. We ordered couch November 2022 but up to now. They don't have cancelation policy, so ridiculous.

I wouldn't even give one star if possible. I had the worst experience with Bad Boyespecially the Finch location.Almost two years ago, I booked all my home appliances with Bad Boy, and they assured me that whenever my closing date would arrive, my builder will contact them and they'll deliver all the appliances few days before the closing. I selected all the upgraded appliances that I wanted and paid for the appliances in full. I was once again explicitly told that once the closing date will come the builders will reach out to the Bad Boy team and they will then sent the appliances the house.On the closing day, I saw that all the appliances were missing. Then I went to their location to remind them of my closing and that I need the appliances delivered to my house. To which they replied that they don't have ANYTHING in stock at the moment and they don’t know when everything will arrive. What kind of service are they even running?After going back and forth couple of times to their location, they somehow got the stove and refrigerator in stock and delivered that a week after our closing. However I am still missing the dishwasher, washer and dryer. They’re saying that the washer and dryer are discontinued and they’re not able to locate them; however they took the money in full. I went to their store multiple times now and each time they’re saying to wait till next week, we’ll let you know. They are so unprofessional with their costumers. It has been over two months almost that I had been visiting them and calling them and each time they ask for an extra week. Really disappointed with their service. How is my family suppose to carry on with our daily lives without essential appliances. Future buyers please be aware, they don't know anything about their stock.

A TOTAL SCAM WITH RUDE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. We purchased a 3K couch in December with the promise of a protection/cleaning kit. It never showed up. After calling half a dozen times, they tell us there were kits available (someone was suppose to call when they showed up but they didn’t) and now there are no more. It is now May, and when we called customer service, we were told to go to the location we purchased the couch and they would have one. Nope. Nothing there. We were told to drive to WHITBY to get one. I’m sorry? We don’t have time. I have to get my work. When I asked to just have it delivered from that location to us, we were told there is nothing they can do. Too bad. My mom and I told told them that was unsatisfactory and we were told, “well that’s too bad.” The woman then dismissed us with the RUDEST ATTITUDE when we tried to find a solution and walked away. I have never been so upset with the way I’ve been treated. Will never spend a CENT there again. I would return the couch if I can, but unfortunately we’ve waited to long. PLEASE, do yourself a favour, spend your money ANYWHERE ELSE.UPDATE: After receiving a response from these people on my Google review, I thought MAYBE we’d finally get a resolution. I emailed them with Consumer Protection cc’d. And guess what?! Crickets. Nothing.Next stop: The Better Business Bureau.

The shadiest place I’ve ever been too. I purchased a couch in Feb. promised that it would be delivered in two weeks. It never came there was no communication about the delay. We’ve now had to continually call and have been promised over and over it will come in two weeks. It never comes and there is never any communication from them. We’ve now shown up in person for them to tell us there isn’t anything they can do. They say they don’t have authorization to give us a refund not the sales manager not the GM. They say they will email head office, they’ll call us and maybe they will give us a refund if head office will let them. When we said this is against the law they said “we work outside the law” Do not buy anything from this place.

Do better than I did and avoid this place. There are plenty of other shops that won't give you half the headache this place will.Purchased a stove in February. We were told to wait for a phone call to schedule delivery, which was supposed to be in the next couple of weeks. No one ever called. When we did, we were told to wait a little longer for the stove. We did. It is now June and we were told that the stove was discontinued and to call a different number to get our money back. We called the number, and suddenly the stove appeared in their warehouse and delivery was again to be scheduled. They never even apologized once, this is business as usual for them.- Terrible customer service- Awful communications and internal management- There is a no refund policy -- no refund even if they don't give you the product you purchased (after a 5-month wait) or they have no idea when/if they will have it in stock

Lastman's Bad Boy
I recently made a purchase of a sofa set from your store and it was delivered to me. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I noticed that one of the sofas was missing its leg or stand, even though it was shown in the picture I had taken at the time of purchase. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, it has been over two months and I still have not received the missing stand, rendering the sofa unusable. Each time I contact customer service, they provide me with disappointing excuses and promises to get back to me. I have also sent emails as directed by their customer service but i didnt get any response till this moment. I deeply regret not reading reviews before deciding to shop at your store. I strongly advise anyone in need of good customer service and timely product or service delivery to avoid Bad Boy altogether.
