Hi. Can I put a 0... My wife is bawling right now because she tries to book an appointment and can't, then had to go elsewhere and the doctor berates her for doing so... Im sorry we cost you money, whatever that means...Maybe have a fewer patients... Each patient is worth the same regardless of diagnosis...
