Worst experience ever!! Went in for a screen replacement on an iPhone 6s Plus. Got the phone back and I noticed my earpiece wasn’t working. It was working fine before the screen change so I figured they might have just missed something putting the new screen on. Went back and they said they would fix it. 4 days and multiple times going back for my phone they said it wasn’t their problem, I must have broken it and they couldn’t do anything. They even tried giving me back my phone with a screw missing!! After a 45 minute discussion, they finally refunded half the price of the screen repair and gave me my phone back. After I left I noticed that now not only the earpiece wasn’t working but both cameras didn’t work either!! An absolute mess. I went to a proper shop afterwards (uBreakiFix) and they fixed everything in 5 minutes. Don’t bother going here, go to professional, you’ll save lots of time and energy.

Sign on front door said back in 5 minutes. Stood outside for almost 30 minutes and no one ever showed up.

Make sure you ask for the price of items before you agree to buy anything here. My 3 sheets of black and white letter size printing cost me a $1.25 (41.67 cents per page, really???)Because I didn't ask about the price before I printed the employee at the till decided to take advantage of the situation and rip me off.Congratulations, you earned ~50 cents more but lost a customer who will definitely not be coming back.

Stay away from this place if you can. I passed by to ask about RAM memory cards for my laptop and I was bounced from one employee to another, one of them was talking on the phone, mostly BS and sent me to the owner, who kept me waiting for almost three minutes without even saying a word or acknowledging my presence while he fixed his PC that was crumbling down. Behind him there was a girl with a hair blower applying heat to boxes so the price labels could be erased. I suspect the parts they sell are all used and are bought by the bulk from companies that sell scrap electronics. The employees do not seem to care about the customers and have ZERO interest in serving the customers. One visit was enough for me, I was so annoyed that I decided to post this review, including the photo

Super bad place! It took more than a week to them just to tell me that my phone had no way to be fixed. They don't reply calls, messages, anything. They couldn't even find the phone i gave them! They asked me to come back the next day for it, and then i took it and left. Super bad attention, super bad result. Not recommended at all. Don't waste your time.

Great service and great price. I bought a screen protector for my Samsung J3 Prime--a model I've had trouble finding correct accessories for. This guy had the right size piece, and he applied it carefully and neatly. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes, and it only cost $10 including tax--a fraction of what I paid last time at the Koodo kiosk. Would definitely recommend.

Scammers! Don't recommend it at all. Last day i bought a multi-charger for Apple but it wasn't working... therefore, the owner refused to give my money back. I'll never put my feet there again

Do not go there if you happen to be a woman and have breasts. You will get sexually explicit remarks the whole time you're gonna stay there and even after (yes, even if you say you're single, even if you say you're gay)! Yes the guy will take your phone number to keep you updated if he finds a phone for you" and then will send you a text message saying "hey sexy". Disgusting and unprofessional behavior. "Sami" is the name of the guy in question. At the end of the deal you will be force to kiss him on the cheeks. And of course the whole place is completely deorganized. You will just feel like a piece of meat the whole time you are gonna be there. This is not the cheapest place around

Good offer but the owner advertises a price in Kijiji, then tells you another one on the store. If you're happy bargaining prices it will be a nice place for you, but if you consider distrustful this kind of behavior (like I do) you should rather avoid visiting the store...Aussi, oubliez la Loi 101".
