I've used North American Country Home a few times now, and I go back because they have always been very easy to deal with as well as very responsive to any questions I might have

Working with this company is a mixed bag. I have been doing it for 6 years and the customer service has always been weak. When I cancel a backorder, for example, I will be told it's done, but when the next order is ready to ship, the backordered item is still on the invoice.I mostly order hardware from them. The quality is better than Nostalgia, but worse than Abbott. The prices are reasonable too, (on hardware) but if you get a bad piece in your order, returning it is going to be difficult. You will have to make multiple calls to get a return made. This week, I got a box of 12 knobs with bad glaze on 8 of them. I emailed that I would like to return all 12, since having only 4 knobs was of no use to me. Hector Avalos issued a credit for 8 knobs without giving any acknowledgement of my request.It's too bad, because the owner Frank Azzizi, is really passionate and creative. I use them because they are on the front of some trends and have some unique pieces. If this is important to you, I recommend you go ahead and use them, but buy some paint and sandpaper so you can touch up the pieces you buy from them, because there will be lots of chipped and chunky paint jobs.

What a fabulous staff! I have been searching for a specific item for over a year now with no success. It was suggested I contact NACH where Tj was able to find the items, have them special ordered and shipped to me. I was thrilled when the arrived yesterday. Big thank you to Tj for all his effort!

Nice customer service, found an item they thought was already sold out. They have practical solutions like storage and furniture and quite a lot of decor. Colorful, adds to the nautical charm of a beach house or the rustic essentials of a mountain cabin. Basics you don't really think about until having to furnish an unfurnished bungalow, and living in the mountains means not much access to easy shopping and browsing and a lot more mail order. I was happy with items, including how carefully they packaged and shipped a very breakable item. Arrived in perfect shape.

I have been a customer of NACH for 20 years, the customer service has always been exceptional, and the quality of the product and prices are much better than competitors
