I have to say that my daughter and I had the BEST experience today getting our gel mani's! It was our first time going to a TEN SPOT. I received a gift card and thought ... hey, lets try it out! And WOW I am sure glad we did and we will most definitely be returning as loyal customers! I LOVED the one on one attention that we received. Erin and Ava were professional, happy and truly wanted to make sure that my daughter and I had THE BEST care and attention while at the spa. The nail service was clean, meticulously executed and not at all rushed. At times at other nail bars I tend to feel like cattle being herded in and out with little care for the customer. Erin and Ava took great pride in connecting with us, providing guidance on skincare options, how to best care for your skin and truly educated. They also treated my 11 year old daughter with class. They didn't ignore her requests and valued her input in her nail experience. Truly knocked my socks off. The salon was clean, professional and all ladies were so kind. A MUST GO BACK! Thanks for the wonderful experience, I am so happy.

Great experience! The Ten Spot is known for its specialty waxing services for a reason and I highly recommend this location! The staff are friendly and professional. Definitely the best waxing services I have ever had in Oakville! Thanks ladies!

Have had two appointments...both pedicures were great. The shellac manicures were not. The first started peeling off in 8 days, the second (a french) gave up the ghost after 5 days. My previous location (closed due to retirement) would give me a french shellac that would last at least 14 days but often 21. Won't be getting that service at Ten Spot again.

Loredanna did an amazing job with my gel extensions. She was the sweetest the whole time. 10/10 recommend going to the Ten Spot guys. Love you all.

I absolutely love coming here to get my laser hair removal done. Everyone is so welcoming and they put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable for your treatment, you can even watch Netflix while you get your treatment done! You can tell they prioritize your safety both for cleanliness and for getting the best results

The location, the cleanliness and the employees were great!However, I ended up coming home and had to fix my pedicure. The colour wasn’t applied nicely, and had to scrub my feet to get the callouses off.For the price, it unfortunately was not what I was hoping or expecting.

I had gone to get pedicures here pre-pandemic—it had been a good experience. I went today and the experience was not good. My toe is in pain and I am having to put alcohol and Polysporin on it as it has a wound. I went with a friend and we were next to each other. Her aesthetician had to hit mine as I was repeatedly saying—'That hurts, that hurts, that hurts' and she kept going. My toe is actually cut and I am in pain. The massage was weak. This was the worst pedicure I have had. I expected a nice relaxing time and I ended up being hurt. In addition, my aesthetician was clearly more interested in talking to the other aesthetician rather than listening to me. And they also had the TV on quite loud, despite it being just them that was watching the movie. My friend and I were not. Previously there was nice music etc. Now its movies and the butcher—the clients are clearly a secondary thought, and not a priority.
