I am very happy with the service provided by Amy Spence in this bank . She has lots of patience . She explained everything thoroughly and understand my condition and provided me the service within the timeframe I need . Thanks Amy again for such a great service.

Great and amazingly helpful staff. They have always helped me with my personal and business banking needs. One day about 45 minutes before they opened the drive thru bank machine held my card, but a friendly ScotiaBank employee came out to my aid and retrieved it from the other side. The only bank ill use, even tho their call centers have insufferable wait times

I recenty move from brampton to westbrant. I see very very bad customer service is here. I just want to tell something about hetal bhagat. I dont who is that lady but she has no sense of how to talk and how to deal with customer. I just visited to this but they not provide good service to me. So, I recommend to every customer of scotia bank, please not visit to this branch.Thanks

Customer service here is terrible. Instead of dealing with customer issues Hetal Bhagat will just snicker at you. She also will make up random policies that have never been in effect, even calling 1800 number and they claim the policy was never a thing. Hetal took one look at me and judged me on my appearance and then proceeded to be condescending and lie about random policies. She eventually did her job, but the damage was already done. Hetal, if you don't like banking, you should find another job. 6 months doing the same transaction to pay rent and not one issue until you. Smirk some more.

We needed official forms for our business to activate our debit card reader. Bank filled out forms with wrong transit number. Unfortunately we didnt find out till a week later because none of our debit payments were coming in. Even after scanning and email them their mistake, the manager said she didnt see anything wrong. In reality two of the numbers were backwards and we had to circle them and email her again before she admitted to her mistake. We now must wait for monday for this problem to get rectified as we had to apply for the reader again with new forms. We must now operate our business for a second weekend, without debit card reader. This has caused a world of problems for us as we have yet to receive payments made to us for the week we used our reader without knowing their was a problem. Today is the end of the month and rent payment for our business is due. Because none of our earnings for the past week were sent to the right account, we are without funds. Its the weekend now and we must operate our business without debit reader causing harm to our image and business. Do not use this branch. They are rude and will jump to blaming you even when proof is provided. Another issue we had unrelated to this was the manager questioning aspects of our life and inserting her opinions. Yes, I was a stay at home dad and there was nothing wrong with that. I worked very hard to be home for the first 3 years of my sons life and we dont care if you wouldnt let your husband do that. The manager at this branch has no business dealing with people. She is out of line and should be sent packing.

Recently moved from Brampton to West Brant and I guest I didn't get the memo that this bank was not open for business for black people. I had need to go to the bank on 2 occasions to get over limit money to pay for stuff on my house and both times I was interrogated as they open my account.the how dare you have money kind a look and you are black. The last woman went as far as to ask me what I want the money for. She had my ID and still that was not enough. I had to ask her if the picture doesn't look like me and she went silent. Needless to say this won't be my branch ever and I'm shopping around for a new bank that's open for business for black people. I will put my money where I'm treated with some respect.

Recently moved here, and the service I have received at this branch working with Amy Spence, Financial Advisor, has been amazing.Very professional, thorough with explanations, most importantly patient and explains things in lingo that I can understand.She takes the time, doesn't make you feel rushed and gives alot of options for product and services that I didn't even know existed as Scotia financial tools from my previous branch in all the years I was there.Very happy with service there because of Amy and will continue using this branch because of her!

hetal bhagat Gave horrible customer service experience. She is making her own policies. She was asking the personal info that she doesn’t need. Visit many branches in different cities for same reason they never ask for personal info. She was so rude and being over professional. Read previous review about her and that is right. She should not be here.

Customer service here is garbage. They took a pymnt that wasn’t supposed to come out yet and now I have other things bouncing and possibly my rent. Tried talking to them and got bounced from dept to dept with zero resolution or even a simple apology. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
