Lot of issue on this company specially the drivers. My son's driver in the morning he is like 5 - 10 minutes early and he keep calling us parents.. whnever he is late he never called us.. we tried calling him but he is not answering. Always been like that.. very stressfull company specially the drivers..

Emailed a driving complaint to these guys about one of their drivers driving aggressively on the NB 427 around mid April complete with pictures and a video, no response at all.

Unprofessional company. Transportation safety.Aggressive drivers. Children on this bus specifically are not safe. Please get these kids off this bus. The female driver shouldn't be around children as per witnessed at dropping off children without stopping the bus first. Two little girls jumped off the bus at Denton and Victoria park before the subway station without the driver even at a stop. When I told the driver it was unsafe, she then continued to open her door while driving other children and yelling at me. I managed to quickly take a pic of the vehicle after the altercation. Family's take action. Ask what happened on the bus with the lady yesterday see if your child speaks up. I called the company and they asked me to call back later.

Bus 8190 travelling west bound on the 401, didn’t realize a bus was allowed to go over 125 kms !!! This is the second time I’ve seen this bus going that fast !! Dangerous driving !!

For anyone planning to work here as a school bus driver, BE WARNED that they force you to sign a one year contract with them, which they do not mention until you’re done with 2 weeks of online training. Upon questioning why this was not mentioned at the start, the trainer (William) replied with “it’s company policy”. Unless you’re ok with this, work at another school bus company. I’m now working with another school bus company, and I’m so glad I walked out of their office when they tried to pull this stunt on me.Credit where it’s due, John Faso does an excellent job with the online training.

WORST place ever to work for at 163 Carlingview Etobicoke.They DO NOT pay the $ 2,000 that the driver is entitled to as per their advertisement which says:$2,000 Signing Bonus currently available for existing class B or E drivers. Receive $1,000 after 3 months and the remaining $1,000 following 6 months of employment!Also drivers’ reviews went DOWN from 2.1 to 2.0 recently while the average reviews is 3.5.

Driver pulled out into the road after seeing me driving up the street. there was no space for him. AND it WAS MY right of way but he wouldnt budge. he said 'you saw me' ...Driver did NOT know the rule of Ontario roads. Disrespectful. AND you trust him to drive safely with YOUR KIDS?

The worst bus service I’ve ever experienced . The Drivers are damn near ALWAYS late! I requested they contact me when they knew where the driver was because it’s cold out and I refuse to make my kids suffer they advised me that they would notify me 10 mins prior to the driver arriving.. I call them back 45 mins later just for them to tell me they forgot to call me and that the bus arrived only 10 mins before I called, he was late a total of 1 hour !!!!!! As I’m typing this my children are 35 mins late from being dropped off… they need to get it together !!! Terrible service !

It is one of the best school bus companies out there in the Toronto area. It offers better compensation than most competitors, except for the lack of health benefits.For those retirees who drive school buses it is irrelevant since they are covered if they are collecting OAS. But for younger folks who are under 65, it is a downside.Fleet is well maintained and the safety manager and the operation manager are doing a great job.One star less because of:1- lack of health benefits,2- no social life since drivers starts their route with the kids and they go home after, hence no interaction with anyone except with the kids,3- compensation can be better since the company is bought out by a large coach bus company.

Literally the worst transportation company to ever exist. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no knowledge on how to run their business. I am surprised TDSB still contracts them the way you see their buses having races down the street. Extremely unsafe, they need to be shut down and never allowed to operate again. A disgrace that we have this people dealing with our vulnerable family members. I wish there was negative -1000 stars to accurately rate this horrendous company!!
