The Hifi Attic

Rudest people I've ever talked to. They are an authorized NAD dealer, but when phoning them inquiring about some set-up issues with my new NAD AVR, I was told (2 separate times) by them that because I didn't buy it from them, that they wouldn't even speak to me, and then hung up the phone. As I recently moved to Kelowna, I was/am looking for a good local Hifi store to deal with in the future. I will NEVER be a customer of theirs.

I parked customer parking lot to pick up my order.The parking lots are for mall cutomers. There is no sign of designated parking for stores.The owner of HiFi Attic illegally parked in front of my car and I couldn't move out for 30 minutes.It was not even in front of his store.He said he couldn't park his car for 30 minutes, so he made me stuck for 30 minutes. My 11 years old son was so terrified.I called police and police cameit is illegal to blocking the parking lot.

Best place in town to get HiFi audio gear.I came in looking at Bowers and Wilkins speakers and matching rotel receiver/amplifier with recommendations on what would work best for my set up. I'm absolutely blown away at my new sound. I can hear things in music that I've never heard before.The service is great too. They amplifier that I wanted was out of stock so they let me borrow the equivalent unit until my item is available. That is quality service and I will continue to go back for my audio goodies.Thank you Malcolm and the gentleman I forgot his name.

I purchased a new cartridge for my turntable here today and they installed it and set it all up for a really good price. It's a night and day difference. The rest of the store is awesome too. Definitely recommend for all audio needs!

Just have to say that my overall experience was positive with Hifi Attic. Speakers were very well packed and received in perfect condition in Montreal. Hope to deal with them again in the future.

I have been a customer of HiFi Attic for 6 years. These ARE the guys! Call the store, ask for Kane, and he will help you make an informed decision about what to purchase. Kane is the audio Guru! If you are seriously looking for quality equipment, which by the way does not have to break the bank, either audio or visual gear, then call Kane or Malcolm.Ok this is my second review of HiFi Attic. I just ( finally) purchased my Martin Logan ESL Speakers after years of talking to Kaneabout them. THE best speakers for the money I’ve ever heard. As a matter of fact , anything twice the price can’t beat these IMHO.Thanks Kane for all your help , advice, and patience. The best audio tech in the business!

Malcolm and Kane are really great to deal with. So happy to have a store like this in our community. They are always willing to answer my questions and let me listen to equipment I'm interested in. I like how they pursue interesting brands on top of the many they already sell. The service they provide is top-notch and I recommend them to anyone. I will certainly be supporting Hi-Fi Attic with all of my future audio equipment needs. Really happy with the system!

Kane and Malcom are fantastic music and HiFi enthusiasts. Their store is extremely welcoming, and they have created a community here in Kelowna for other enthusiasts to network. At any time of the day or week, you can pop in the store and have your questions answered, talk about new products, and audition new gear. Malcom is always willing to ensure you get the best price, and Kane’s incredible knowledge of the hobby, makes this shop very unique in that you don’t leave with having spent more money than you needed to. They will never over sell you or push you toward a direction, but instead, guide you down your own audio path, which is rare and pressure free. I’d give HiFi Attic a 6 star review if I could, they’re that great. Thanks for everything you guys do for us!
