The least helpful receptionist on top of being pretty unfriendly. Doctor was okay but his medical advice was more than questionable. After telling them I had back pain he said: backpain is chronic and there is nothing you can do expect treat the pain". What blanket statement without having any information or having had a look at me."

There is a new female receptionist (I don't know her by name) who is very rude with a loud and obnoxious voice. You'll know who I'm talking about if you get her on the phone. After calling me to make an appointment, she kept cutting me off when I tried to ask her a simple question, which is what the call would be regarding. Usually doctors only need to speak with you if there's something wrong with your blood test results, so I kept trying to ask if this was the case so I could know if it's an urgent problem or not; if I should need to visit the hospital, because I've been experiencing some breathing problems. She refused to provide me with any answer and instead kept cutting me off. This insufferable woman deserves a good kick in the face. If you get her as your receptionist, make sure you overpower her by talking over her talking over you, otherwise you won't get a bloody word in.

I had a great experience here accompanying my client with a disability to get the results of her TB test. From the time I entered the office it was a positive experience. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful as we navigated the seating area (client has mobility issues). We had no appointment and waited approximately 25 minutes. The doctor and his assistant were friendly, patient and kind with my client. I would definitely go back here.

Went in for a TB test. The doctor didn’t bother doing a double check of the syringe before injecting me with air. She seemed alarmed and tried to hide it. She blamed her mistake on the syringe. Then she proceeded to inject me again correctly with a different syringe of the same brand. I asked her if anything bad would happen since she injected me with air. She said “I don’t think so”. As a nurse, I was appalled by her actions and lack of abilities. We’re taught to do double checks of our medications; I don’t understand how she does her job.

The wait is undeniably looooong.They don't understand the point of booking an appointment!waited for 2 hrs last time was here when I had an appointment but they operate as if they're a walk in!!And how is it difficult to give ppl the time they're actually booked for? As if the wait is not long enough.. horrible horrible management

Was there today...the receptionist doesn't even prepare the examination room between clients, or disinfect anything. They know they are shutting down in September because their lease is up so they don't care about anything. When I askedthe receptionist if they have suggestions for clients as to what to do now that they are closing, she very nonchalantly said, Find another clinic" in a very non-caring attitude. They are all just jumping ship and don't seem to care what happens to the clients once they are gone. I never liked the place much anyway

NOT A WALK IN CLINIC. Walked up, appointment only. Called for 30 minutes before I got past their answering machine. Asked if I was a patient, which I am not, and was told they are not accepting new patients? Maybe walk in has a different meaning here but walk in to me is walk in

This clinic is filthiest of them all. Even in comparison to the next filthy Sunshine Clinic on East Hastings. The reception staff I dealt with is rude, inept, incompetent, careless attitude and disgusting horrendous customer service. To make the experience at this clinic even more unbearable is THAT even with an appointment they make you wait an extra 1 hr to 2 hr in that disgusting waiting area. And after all the waiting most times STANDING because there are only 4 chair for the dozen people waiting with you to deal with dr Rondeau who rushes through with you (2 minutes max) before he politely tells you to come back for anything else your poor health may be enduring. Come back again he says as he rushes you out and goes on with his day.Meanwhile you have to wait another week(because your personal time means nothing to them) for another appointment, wait another hour or two in that disgusting waiting room for him to grant you another 2 minutes again of his valuable superior time. How devastating it feels as you watch that this dr doesn’t care if you may be in pain.Feels horrible to deal with a doctor that is supposedly a professional that took an oath to be caring in his profession as a doctor.Specially now that is official they are shutting down the clinic he is becoming truly more vulgar in how he dismisses you as patient.Also as important is floors, halls, handles, chairs, bathroom in this clinic have never been wiped or moped or disinfected because the scum on those floors and around is old filth/scum.Management at this clinic should be embarrassed to call themselves doctors.

No longer a walk-in clinic, and they won't make an appointment if you haven't been before. Receptionist was pleasant
