I had a great stay - the room was clean, it was conveniently close to the airport, but most of all there was excellent service. Rutvik and the sandman team were most welcoming and helpful, providing the best service that I have experienced at any hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at the Sandman Hotel last night and we only have good things to say. Kim and the staff here were so kind and helpful to us, after being storm stayed in the city. Kim got us a nice, clean room right away and the staff helped us with all of our needs. Both of us are so grateful with how accommodating and nice everyone was to us!Thanks again to the staff at the Sandman Hotel (Circle Drive N) for helping my husband and I! We will be back soon!

Your hotel stay was wonderful and you obliged without hesitation to remove the unknown tourist tax when requested. I still have a bitter taste regarding my online experience of booking which resulted in me having to pay in American funds. When I canceled within the 24hour period, they made it very difficult for me to get my money back. They wanted to give me a voucher and we wouldn't use that I a log while as we haven't been traveling as much. It's too bad that a direct line to whichever city the hotel is in, isn't more openly available and accessible

For a couple the double beds are very small and soft. A queen would have been more adaptable. The pool is small. The hot tub is small and the jets didn't work. We came with a volleyball team and we're told we would have breakfast provided and there was no breakfast. However they did drop or rate for the next stay to compensate. The value is decent However compared to the other hotels in Saskatoon the amenities lack.

Easy booking. Wonderful service. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. We had a room booked for park and fly. One before our flight and one on our return. Our flight home was delayed. We had no problems rebooking the room and leaving our vehicle there 2 extra nights. Absolutely would recommend, especially when traveling. Definitely will book again.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The first impression was how well kept and spotless the grounds and the hotel were. It was obvious that there is a great deal of attention to the smallest detail. The bed was very comfortable which was a welcome relief after a long flight. This was the first time our dog stayed in a hotel and it was nice that the staff acknowledged her. I met Bev, the manager, outside and it’s obvious that her first concern is for the comfort of the guests. We will definitely return.

Jaiza at the front desk is an excellent young lady. She was very helpful and accommodating. I would love to see more young people like her in the workplace. She is sincerely interested in taking care of the customers.

I had to bring my cat to the Small Animal Clinic at the University & they recommended this hotel to me. I had never travelled with a cat before & was unsure of what kind of reaction I would get from the hotel staff but everyone was wonderful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & it was a relief that everything I needed was nearby. This really helped reduce my stress levels. I know that when I need to come back in a few weeks to bring kitty home to Winnipeg I will be staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel after arriving late in the evening to bring our dog to the vet from Regina. They luckily had some rooms available, as the parking lot was packed. We were happy to know they had a partnership with the U of S vet clinic for discounted rates for out of town guests. Our room was nice and clean and everyone was friendly, always asking how our dog was when we passed the front desk.We visited the Shark Club during our stay and the staff was friendly and the food and drinks were good.

Rutvik was super helpful with our check-in process. He made sure we had our taxi booked for the airport in the morning and gave us a room in a quieter area of the hotel. We will pick this location again!
