Very nice place very professional everybody i meet was polite and very nice i went out of there with smile on my face.

I was a little apprehensive going into my surgery, and a bit uneasy that my operation was to take place above a furniture store, but all worries disappeared the moment I walked in. Everybody I met, from reception to recovery, was extremely considerate and compassionate. And although I know that it is a practice and that there are patients coming and going constantly, I felt like I was the only person in the place and that all these wonderful caregivers were there just for me. My wife was welcomed into a pre-surgery room where the anesthetist and surgeon spent a great deal of time explaining the procedure and what we could both expect during my recovery at home. All went well, thank you. I would recommend this service provider wholeheartedly. Bret.

From the first call from reception to give pre op instructions, to the admission and pre surgery prep, meeting with my surgeon, Dr. Grey, to ask final questions, getting a lovely anaesthetist, then the caring, competent, and professional post op experience from the nurses, I can't recommend this facility highly enough. 5 stars; full stop. I was referred to Dr. Cheng for outpatient surgery and the entire procedure, from booking, to carvery, to follow up, was not only professional, thorough and reassuring, it was actually quite fun.An incredibly nice, efficient team to work with.

I went in for a venaseal procedure on my right leg. Dr. Lee was fantastic!I can't tell everyone enough the helpful and friendly staff they have there. This was my first visit and I am very impressed. Very kind and professional from front desk to operating room. The nurses were fantastic! A shout-out to Joanne; always by my side explaining everything to me from start to finish. Very attentive!

Pre operation instructions clear and concise. Very friendly AND professional staff from front office to operating theatre. Dr. Lee went over the procedure with me before it started and put me totally at ease. Through out the operation the atmosphere was relaxed and there was always one nurse on my left shoulder talking to me and making sure there were no problems or pain. I was able to watch the operation on closed circuit if I wanted. Thoroughly impressed with the whole team. And the follow up by both Dr. Lee and Victoria Surgery was top notch. Money well spent. I already left a separate 5-star review for Dr. Djurickovic and his office, however I must echo that sentiment here for Victoria Surgery, both location and staff. The physical setup allowed for privacy as well as helped me relax prior to my procedure, which was important as I had a little anxiety about awake surgery. Both of my surgical nurses, including the one who was at first the receptionist, made me feel like I couldn't have been in more experienced or caring hands. And, while I credit the success of my procedure overall to the surgeon, I know that my zero-complication recovery was a result of their meticulous preparation of the areas, clean and beautiful suture closures, and perfect bandaging which allowed me to use both my hands comfortably and confidently unchecked until I was sure that they had healed over sufficiently, infection free. Amazing experience here! Would go back without hesitation.
