Due to a sudden and unexpected health issue, we had to sell the farm less than a year after purchase, and look for housing in the city. Jeren once again stepped up and helped me sell the house on my own (saving us thousands in real estate commissions) and then took on the task of doing the real estate purchase for our new home. Once again, top notch and thorough service, and fees that were affordable, and so much lower than we had experienced with another firm, when we bought our first house in 2013.
